the staff; how I asked for a power puff girls room didn’t get it and than Got transfer to a dirty room. was told they couldn’t do nothing and than after more than 40 minutes and speaking to the manager I was able to get the old room

Everything seemed smaller than advertised.

My 2 kids and I stayed overnight. It was comfortable and they enjoyed the indoor pool.

The restaurant was closed and the pool hours limited. A light was broken in my room and my kids wanted a blanket beyond the thin sheet on their bunk beds.

The decor, pool, and bunk bed family room were great. The staff were nice, though overall the facility was short staffed.

The location is near farms so it smells like horse 💩 if you're not used to it, it can be annoying.

My back was killing me after sleeping 4 hours, woke me up at 2am, very soft and lumpy in middle of mattress. I slept on the edge of the bed the rest of the night as it was not as lumpy

Not enough wait staff, lifeguard absence caused caused indoor pool to be shut down, waited over an hour for dinner which came it out spread out over 40 minutes and was cold. Fingermails on floor and trash behind bathroom door!

Food was very overpriced but decent. The menu did not match the menu online so we were disappointed there. We would have went out to eat but the whole point of the trip was that everything was going to be in the facility (pool, games and food).

My kids loved it. They loved everything. The room was great. The pool was very very crowded but it is a kids hotel so that is expected.

The restaurant was barely open & did not have the cartoon themed menu. The indoor pool was not heated & there is a long outdoor walk from the pool to the rooms.

Overall it is a great idea. My kids were beyond excited to see everything. However, there weren’t many activities to do there. The restaurant, which was what my kids were most excited for, was actually closed most of the time we were there. The one morning it was open they did not have the cool cartoon themed menu they offer online, instead was a subpar buffet that was more like a continental breakfast that we paid for. We were all excited about the indoor pool being that it wasn’t too hot out, however there is a long walk to the indoor pool which is outside. So on the walk back to the hotel room we were all soaking wet & got a bit of a cold. I wish the restaurant would’ve been open & offered the menu that is shown online & that there was at least an indoor heated walking path to get to the indoor pool. Overall every staff member we we came in contact with was very friendly & helpful. The staff was what really made the experience enjoyable but we would not stay here again. For $200 a night it definitely was not worth that.

The food was not what we were expecting menu was not what was online it was much smaller and breakfast was buffet only not able to order off menu as shown online.

The Fact That There Was Only One Life Guard. The Indoor Pool Was Small & There Was So Many People. The Cleaning Crew Didn’t Speak English Or Clean My Room. My Room Wasn’t Cleaned Properly From The Start. Still Had Dirty Towels In The Bathroom. When I Asked For Help No One Helped … Just Feel Like Some Things Could’ve Been Better.

Facilities could have been a little cleaner but were great otherwise. Food options n drinks were a little pricey for value and what you're already paying to stay there. Door dash.made for great options outside of the property.

Great location, kids had a blast, tons of things to keep them occupied without ever having to leave the hotel. Modern and nice updated rooms. Staff was super awesome and friendly, helpful!

The sound from room to room was easily heard. All the rooms seemed to connect to the one next door. Not sure that I was a fan of that.
