It was a tight squeeze getting through the front door but we laughed. The front door chain is broken and we couldn’t get the deadbolt to work.

Great location. We had room 12 and the bed was amazing! I loved the comfortable mattress. We loved our room and the vibe it had. The bathroom was great, especially the shower. I loved all the art work too. The breakfast and drinks is a nice touch.

Our room had a window unit air conditioner that didn't work very good and the water in the shower / bathtub was only half warm.

The location is perfect. The free drinks at the martini bar were incredible and the free breakfast was very good. The staff was very good at helping us know where to park and then how to get around the area and they were helpful with a few other things.

Room was a little out of date and maybe needs some updating but overall added to the charm of the place.

The location was good for the old part of town, Liked the breakfast deal and the martini deal especially the skip the line thing.

The room was clean and comfortable. Incredible staff, all members were helpful and so friendly. A fairly large menu of free breakfasts to start your day and free martinis to end the day. Each were made to order and served on the front porch, while enjoying the view of the bay.

The shower practically needed a user manual. And the trash pick up was a bit noisey in the mornings. Had a bit of difficulty tracking down the designated parking area.

The food, and service were both beyond expectations. Every staff member was friendly and incredibly helpful. Loved the sitting areas outsider the rooms.

So sorry & I hope I am reporting this privately to the hotel, NOT a public review.....After I stayed, the next day and the day after I found I was covered with bed bug bites! I am so sorry and I want to say the room was clean, the bed & room comfortable and clean & the only reason I am writing to tell them this is so that they can address it before someone puts a bad post on social media- they do NOT deserve that! I was in room 5 and I LOVED everything else about this Inn....we didn't stay anywhere else,so I'm 99.9% sure this happened here

Breakfast, drinks (coupons) awesome, room tiny as expected but cute & awesome shower. Staff was exceptional. GREAT location.

The hotel could use some revenue injection update and refresh. The bartenders are rude when you enter from your hotel room and haven't checked in with the hostess. The bar was half empty and had plenty of open seating but he called for the bouncer.

The hotel is in a fantastic location. The breakfast included is truly value added.

However; I could not wash my hair due to lack of water pressure in the sprinkler shower. I have thick hair. It would take an hour for me to rinse the soap out of it. The water was warm and not hot. I would also suggest to assign someone to fill the coffee kuregs for guest in am and at evening coffee. I had to ask every time, about 9 times to have someone get me some water to make a cup of coffee. Would love to see a small refrigerator in the room. Had to throw away expensive leftovers from restaurants and unable to keep a cold drink for evening time.

Nice place to stay, free breakfast and martini each day you stay. Great location. Our waiters Joe and Hungarian guy were exceptional. Very attentive and informative of the town. Room was old, bathroom was old, no counter space. I knew this going in to it, St. Augustine is an old area. My preference is a little more updated, but if you are into that antique style then you might like. Bathroom mirror hung so low I couldn't see my face in it. Had to do my hair and makeup in kitchen/common area, as that was the only other mirror. No closet, just an armoire, awkward to hang clothes in. Holes in the walls of room.

The location cannot be beat. Walking distance in the middle of the places you want to be. Walking distance to all the sites. Bed was super comfortable. Room was spacious. The coupons for breakfast and martinis were a nice touch. The food and drinks were AMAZING. Room was very clean. Cute balcony and common garden area with pergola to relax at.
