No wifi, TV remote missing, room phone did not work, no in-room tea or coffee making facilities, bath towels half size, no eftpos working, next to train line, rubbish over grounds at rear, worst of all bed cover was covered in dog hair!!!!

The shower head did not work, no way to switch between faucet and shower from what we could tell. The pressure coming out was very very low. Had to take a bath instead.

The bed was comfortable. Quiet room, nice and dark at night.

Not sure if I would ever stay in a business district again. I was a little nervous about all the traffic and the train that passed in the middle of the night.

Rooms were too small and bed is only full size not queen. No shampoo or conditioner, I even went to ask and the receptionist said they ran out. Restroom in one of the room was not flushing well and sink is clogged.. No drainage for sinks.

Prior to arriving the motel was difficult to contact. Had to call multiple times to get through. When we got there the toilet wouldn't flush good and had to be plunged numerous times during the first couple days of our stay.

The room had a microwave and a refrigerator and looked like it had been recently renovated

Room was small. Did not have AC running when we arrived so room was very hot for awhile. The light from the pool shined directly in our room all night. No refrigerator.

Location to Cheyenne and the staff was very friendly. Clean for the most part.

1st room was occupied, scared us to death! Desk clerk had to clean rooms to find empty one. Room was still under construction! Not finished, sloppy work, shower leaked, bathroom unfinished, walls unfinished!

I think they may if been strapped for room in middle of the night and maybe I got the last if the last but it had hair in shower and on the floor. Water spots on counter and mirror and what looked like tar on the floor. Otherwise was ok

The guy at the desk was amazing. He arrnged a few things so I could check in in the middle of the night which was SO helpful. They were very forgiving on time of room payment

The train behind the building. It was noisy in general and there was a continuous drip in the cooling system. The bathroom floor was dirty .

The room was cute. The bed was comfortable and the front desk staff was very nice.

I didn't like the fact that the room wasn't clean, there was dog or cat hairs all over the floor and in the bathroom zinc ,I had to clean it my self before I wash my hands and face. The smell is not very welcoming.

There's no breakfast at this location. I like where is located easy access to the highway

The cooling system is for all rooms- the room was hot all night and I couldn’t sleep- not good when you have an 8 hr day on the road the next day.

It was in a quiet area , the train only went by once.

We had to wait an hour because none of the rooms were cleaned, the owner of the place was trying really hard to manage everything because she didn't have enough employees. The lobby window was boarded up. Very strange.

There was a bed. And the sunset was nice to look at.

Cleanliness

The bathroom was dirty; hair and dried urine on toilet’s rim, dirt on shower’s edge, and sink had not been wiped down. The refrigerator was humming loudly.
