The pool area could use some sprucing up. It seems forgotten, as if it’s not on anyone’s list to clean! Trash piled up and spilled over, most of the furniture is falling apart and the towel cabinet is usually empty. It has the potential to be great, just needs some love and attention.

Great location in Hollywood. Spacious suite with outdoor space. Comfortable bed and updated bathroom. Self service supply cabinet for needed supplies when they run out- so much easier than calling housekeeping!

The elevator was broke, the window of my room was broke and I could close it during all my stay, furthermore, the room faced a busy street

The room had a humid/smoke smell - not too strong, but noticeable.

Staff was great, check in and check out was easy, all items needed for stay was supplied (lotion, body wash, shampoo/conditioner, shower cap, mini fridge, towels/rags, make up remover wipes, cotton balls, a safe, iron, ironing board, blow dryer). Self managed unti and very secure - elevator and floors accessible by code, dead bolt lock on door. Microwave in lobby, central location (Publix and other dining attractions within walking distance, close to transit).

The tiled floor in the room attracted all the dirt from the balcony and outside and after 2 days our feet and shoes were black, I ended up wearing sliders in the room and shower. The air con just didn’t seem to be controllable, it was either far too cold and the blower too high or when we turned it down slightly it was too hot.

Good location and very nice corner room with plenty of light. Handicapped room worked well.

The room temperature never really got cool to comfort based on the setting from the thermostat after several attempts.

The Rooftop Restaurant was exceptional with food and all.

Was not able to schedule housekeeping during my 4 night stay. Parking $30 a day. Barn door in the bathroom. Quite a bit of dust behind the bed.

When i walked in the room it smelled like cigarettes. Then we went to change rooms and the new one was a bad view and not as clean as the first one.

The room was exactly the same as photographed. Thought I was going to love the noncard door entrance. But it showed in the end that it was a terrible idea.

Check in was completely online, with a very invasive battery of questions and security procedures. Elevator only operated with a code, which was not intuitive to figure out, and there were no specific instructions. We eventually figured it out, but the whole process of entering our room was a hassle. I had to kneel down in the hallway to enter my security code on the keypad to enter the room. Cleanliness was adequate- not terrible, but not exceptional. Rooftop bar was a great amenity, but it closes early, so we were never able to take advantage of it. Parking cost is absurd.

I dislike the fact that I got there around 2pm and could not check-in until 4pm. The reason was unclear, it was either their system wouldn't me check-in early or the room wasn't clean yet. One front-desk person told me one thing, and other person told me something else. But I'm not complaining about them personally, just wish the hotel policy was more clear about whether or not they allow early check-ins, because I was exhausted and could barely keep my eyes open.

I love the location, in fact I cancelled my move from Orlando to Miami and moved into the apartments in the same building because I loved it so much. Hollywood Florida is surprisingly a hidden gem and for South Florida, I would say the traffic is not that bad. There is so much to do, the beach is minutes away, restaurants are everywhere, Casinos & Horse tracks if you're feeling lucky, Ft Lauderdale Airport is just 5 miles.

Fire alarm test at 1am and no one seem to know if it was a drill or thing. Why do this in the night.comfort

Shower leaked all over the floor. Birds pooped on 3rd floor balcony. Pool was very cold.

Very clean and friendly staff. Bed was amazingly comfortable and room had a coffee machine with lots of pods. Great pool and coffee shop in lobby and stores and restaurants closeby.

It was unpleasant that the elevator baroke down, so we had to walk down and go up to the 10th floor. The towels were only changed if we spoke about it at the reception! My gender was never changed during the two weeks. The trash was not emptied. It was dusted NOT ONCE during the two weeks. The cleaning devices were never refilled. We bought toilet paper for ourselves! These are honest observations, I wrote them down with the intention of helping them. I remain with friendly love and further trust! Gina Pawel

The atmosphere was nice, helpful, since we arrived a day early. The environment of the hotel was pleasant, properly air-conditioned, the rooms were adequate in size and comfortable.

I didn’t like there were no microwave in the room. The refrigerator was small but worked for what I needed.

The location was perfect for the purpose of my trip. Getting to and from the hotel was perfect. Close to major stores.
