I booked on booking.com however when I got to the hotel they didnt have the room that I booked so they put me in a handicapped room.

The property was a great location and the staff was friendly.

The handicap shower was a joke. No way you would get a wheel chair in there. Barely room to turn around.

It was easy to get to from the interstate. We were just passing through.

Check in was smooth, the staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable. Great location, several restaurants to choose from in very close proximity. I would definitely recommend!

Small items—room could have used more detailed vacuuming. Otherwise, clean and comfortable. Design and Midernization—Small bathroom. Shower could be modernized, no tub. Limited counter space around sink area. No closet, shelves. Exterior, hanging space.

Comfortable, nice beds, good breakfast, friendly-family oriented staff. TV. Plenty of parking. Location. Competitive pricing. Betty Johnson and Olivia Foster outstanding staff!

The bathroom was not clean. There was a significant amount of mold growing between the countertop and the sink vessel in the corners; the under counter area, walls, floor, and pipes, was dirty; and the corner formed by the tub and the door was filthy. There was what appeared to be old urine on the base of the toilet. We did not discover all this until we had settled in for the night. Additionally, the toilet was the size of those used in primary schools and was entirely too low to negotiate safely.

Room was large and confortable. Very clean, Staff was excellant. Bathroom was small. Breakfast was pretty basic and hot food was only served one day during our stay.

There was a dirty towel left behind on the floor of the closet from the previous occupant.

The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. The rooms were actually quite large. There was a good size pool.

The pool wasn’t opened. They were working on it but that was one thing we were looking forward to.

We s here because of recent reviews and how close it was to EKU for Special Olympics. The staff was awesome. Everyone was nice and helpful. Even when the lady got overwhelmed with the lobby becoming fully so quickly. She didn’t miss a beat. Very nice and quick. I do hope they pay their staff decent pay. cleaning. There was someone cleaning the whole time we was there. Cleaning staff was nice. I was seeing staff circulating the halls or outside cleaning. Breakfast was good. There was a sweet older lady taking care of it for us. She busted her butt keeping things filled for us. There is enough restaurants near by you have a choice. Our room. We got double Queen. I forgot pictures of the room but it was clean. Bedding it white. Mural on walls behind bed. Pillows and bed was comfortable. Bathrooms were a little small but clean as well. Room temperature was pleasant. Air worked great. Clean and comfort with things in 10 minute drive to go eat. Great hotel but mostly the staff was great, nice, and easy to talk to. The only disappointment thing I have was the pool wasn’t opened. My son was so anxious to swim while there. They were working on getting the pool opened but our stay ended before that happened. Again not a issue with me but if my son had to say. It was. 😁 Kids Our stay was June 2nd-4th.

There were two Clarion facilities next to each other and they weren't differentiated from each other. Luckily, I chose the right one to stop and ask where my reservation was located.
