Looks like an older hotel that had some renovations. Still some signs of gae in places but overall it's fine and has easy access to the airport without having to get back on the big highway.

i had to request change of room. first room smelt of smoke and was next to a man shouting and swearing on the phone. Second room the bed was not made. ask for first floor.

very comfy beds and pillow. Very large room. i was changed to a large kingsize bed. aasistant lady manager on reception very calm when fire alarm went off and had to get firebrigade. At the same time she had a huge queue.to check in as 30 planes were cancelled. there was a pool but i had no time to use.

we were stranded at the airport. we did not expect much for what we were paying and were delighted with the accommodations. the airport shuttle was convenient and the staff was helpful.

I’d fire the guy who works the front desk at night. He couldn’t find the reservation even thought it was there.

Don’t count on the shuttle service late at night. Driver “said” he went by to pick up one of our party but she wasn’t there. She was - for over an hour. Finally someone got her a cab. Reservation name was changed. The guy who worked the front desk at night was worthless! The woman who worked during the day was very helpful. The breakfast was great!

The front desk girl was amazing, she took the extra effort to ensure I managed my way through the DFW exit and made my way to the shuttle pick up point! Very sweet and helpful young lady!

Had to walk to far for the restaurant. Only one person was working there. Taking your order then had to go prepare the meal.

The room was clean and spacious. Check in was very easy and fast as we arrived after midnight.

thin walls, not much hot water at peak times. person above us had suspenseful movie playing until midnight which vibrated the floor (my ceiling) kept me up and since I had to get up at 1:30 for an early flight, I didn’t get much rest. also we were near the back door which slammed at all hours of the night

the shuttle was shared with about 5 other hotels in the area. We were the last to be picked up and the last to be dropped off, we were almost too late to check our bags.

The hotel did not offer any form of complimentary breakfast. This was the only hotel on our entire trip to Texas that did not offer anything in the way of complimentary breakfast. Coffee alone was offered. That every other hotel on our trip offered it's guests some form of complimentary breakfast made Clarion stand out negatively.

Our first floor room was very clean and comfortable. Despite being so close to DFW airport, the room was relatively quiet.

The shuttle from airport to hotel was not a pleasant experience.

Comfortable room for a quick overnight stay between flights. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Cold water in shower and the issue was addressed immediately.

Airport shuttle dropped us off at the wrong terminal (B gates) and told us to just take the train to C gates. We had luggage to check in including skiis, which didn't arrive at Aspen on time as we checked bags at B terminal and flew out of C

the airport shuttle pick up was a very long wait. The van was packed with people and they still were going from terminal to terminal to squeeze in another. Everyone was so tired. we waited an hour for pickup

Prevailing weather (freezing cold, snow & ice on side roads) meant the 3rd party complimentary shuttle service to from airport was not operating. Taxis don’t seem to have meters showing fare. Taxi drivers not that good on stating clearly the fare. Shower (head) in room was NOT the best

the airport shuttle lets the hotel down . it is unreliable and crazy . one books one time and is lead to believe that you will be at the airport within 20 minutes . what they don’t tell you is that the driver is ordered to drive round and round until the bus is fall. after 20 minutes I was not at the airport but about 100metres from the clarion hotel . my arrivals was equally as confusing not obvious where the bus goes from which is probably why the driver struggled to find other passengers on our many times loop of the airport not what you want after a long flight.
