It was pretty outdated. I was so hungry from the trip in. Trying to get situated for my husband’s early Dr appointment at Cleveland clinic and the kitchen and bar was closed before 9. The man working told us he had to get ready for a banquet the next day. Lucky I found a subway with the nicest worker and she even prayed for my husband.

The room was just adequate. The television reception was spotty, at best, and adjusting to the lack of nearby dining establishements after 9:30PM was unfortunate. I was also issued a parking ticket no more than 30-minutes after I had just checked-in and registered my vehicle to park in the lot. The front desk validated it, but it was a bit unnerving after traveling across the country, arriving late, unable to locate nearby food, and enduring a line to check-in to the hotel.

Location to the airport.The convenience of its location afforded me the opportunity to relax longer in anticipation of an afternoon flight. Additionally, there was ample parking provided at no additional cost, which was a huge benefit over the downtown hotels.

None of the outlets worked in our room so we couldn't charge any of our devices. The bathroom was pretty gross, the wallpaper was peeling, the toilet was yellow and bits of it were flaking off. The tub bottom had bits peeling off. Hotel pools are a big draw for us, while the water temperature was wonderful, both the pool and the hot tub had things floating around all over the water and there were large hair chunks/hairballs all over the perimeter of the pool that were pretty disgusting.

Overall we had a good experience. We really liked the temperature of the pool and hot tub. The bedding was what you'd expect from a hotel, my kids really enjoyed the scents of the soap, shampoo, etc. It was a huge hotel which my kids enjoyed.

We got a ticket on our car as the night clerk didn’t ask us for our license plate to add to our reservation had to go back into the hotel to take care of it which delayed our departure.

The hotel could use a face lift. Its furniture and decor are outdated. The bed could have been a little more comfortable. It wasn't apparent to me that the restaurant and bar area were open so maybe something could be done to make it look like it is?

Parking was easy. The room was clean, quiet and relatively comfortable. The staff was helpful and friendly. The breakfast was pretty good, and I liked the common area seating groups. I did not use the pool or workout room, but they looked nice.

The staff are so overworked and not cheerful because of that. The lines at the front desk are long because there are only two people working it. The hotel has diminished in quality since it was rebranded from Marriott to Wyndham. The parking lot is run down and weedy, The restaurant/bar used to be vibrant and alive but now it's empty and uninspired.

The location is great.
