How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Convenient location . The breakfast had many choices and the staff was nice in the breakfast area. The manager and the cleaning lady were helpful. We loved the hot tub!

A little further to downtown and attractions than I thought.
Everything was clean and nice. They gave us 2 complimentary drink tickets for cocktails in the lobby which I’ve never been offered before at a hotel. Offered an affordable bus service to downtown and back, but it left if you were even 1 minute late getting to the stop.

Front desk staff didn’t do a great job of directing us to our room. The hotel is a big square with the pool in the middle, and doors on each side of the square. We had to wander around each side until we found the hall with our room and then move our car to that spot for unloading. The stairways were in need of a good vacuuming/wash. All rooms are nonsmoking, but smokers would sit just outside the doors so you had to walk past them to get in and out.
Very comfortable beds, room clean and well appointed. Bath and Body Works toiletries was a nice added touch. Breakfast had a wide variety of offerings and was replenished up until cutoff time. Nice covered seating area outside by the pool. Recently updated flooring throughout, plenty of outlets and charging ports all around the room. Outside property was free of trash, and we also appreciated the security gates and that the outside doors were kept locked at all times. We had a very nice stay.

The only couple of things we didn’t like was the damp smell inside. Perhaps a ‘deep clean’ of the entire hotel from top to bottom would help? Also, installing fans in the bathroom is strongly suggested-having the toilet and shower in an enclosed room without a fan was a new experience-it may even help with the lingering damp odor as there isn’t a way for moisture to escape the bathroom!
Not having been to Nashville before and only having pictures and pricing to help determine where to book our stay, this hotel met our expectations. The staff was friendly and accommodating and we enjoyed the breakfast that was included in our stay.

No complains at that price tag.
It was clean with a big room, enough space to place your luggage. The breakfast was good for US standards in this category. Hot coffee :) but maybe just not enough seats at busy times.

The room was not ready on time and there were several people waiting for their rooms. The check in staff did not appear particularly concerned. Breakfast was awful, cheap cereal brands, cheap bread and coffee very poor. Unbelievable, places using plastic cutlery and paper plates give a cheap impression. Why bother offering breakfast when so little effort is put in?

I liked the property a lot. If. I was to be picky I noticed some spot in the facia boards outside were rotted and looked run down.

WE HAVE STAYED AT CLUB HOTEL A COUPLE OF TIMES AND WE LOVE!!! FROM THE HOT BREAKFAST IN THE MORNING TO THE COCKTAIL HOUR IN THE EVENING!!!
