The room wasn't super big and probably needed some updating. Bed wasn't super comfortable, but it was ok for a few days.

The hotel is very well located. We traveled by train and it was a 10 minute walk to the hotel. It's also about 2 blocks from Millenium Park and other attractions. Lots of food and convenience stores nearby. Staff was attentive when we requested for extra blankets.

The room was clean and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom had a detachable shower head and a walk in shower. The amenities were nice and clean and also well maintained. The hotel is centrally located and close enough to Union station.

The staff are so kind. I asked for a microwave, and they delivered it to my room.

Parking was difficult but it’s downtown Chicago and that’s normal.

The room could have been cleaner. I wiped everything down. There was long black hair in the bathroom, The toilet seat could have used a wipe down as well. And it would be nice to have some type of room spray to make the room smell better.

The bed was great. The view was good to. And I loved that my dog got a dog bed. He appreciated so much by falling asleep immediately after it was delivered. I like that the hotel is good for pet owners

I think the insurance deposit must be informed at advance here in Booking.

It's very close to the Millenium Park. Easy to get by the train from the airport.

Staff were friendly when coming and going, and though the self check in/out process was easy, staff were rather quick to palm us off telling us just to ‘follow the prompts’ on our own.

Great location, lovely room and the filtered water bottle refill stations are a much appreciated feature. The hotel also acknowledged that we were celebrating an occasion which was very nice.

The hotel seems to be old, the rooms are a bit shabby, there were problems with air conditioning.

The room is equipped with everything one may need. There's a luggage room, which is rather convenient. The location is 10/10.

Very very bad internet connection. On some periods of the day almost unusable.

The bathroom was cleaned and with all the necessary (phon, shampoo...). However it could be renovated a bit.

The hotel is in a wonderful position, very good to explore the city. The check-in/check-out are self-made but receptionists are always ready to help. The room was not so big but it was confortable. You can required express/total cleaning every day. The free water at each floor is a plus. The brekfast is served in the pub near the hotel. It was really satifying (à-la-carte dedicated menù with both sweet and salted option).

The check in went smooth, Adrian at the reception was really nice and received us with a smile and also was very heplful with explaining how to go about with parking which was couple minutes (about 5min) walk from the hotel. I think we got a good deal for the parking given the prices of the parking in downtown Chicago, we paid 50 $ for 2 nighs.

The wifi is slow and often disrupted.

Excellent location, only a few minutes walk to Art institute Chicago, Millennium park, river walk and other downtown attractions, also close to many buses and subways. The hotel room has a microwave and a small fridge, convenient for people who have special dietary needs. The hotel also supplies free filtered cooling water and plastic bottles for people to take out. I have not seen other hotels have such a service, very generous and considerate.
