Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments

- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.

The check in guy who checked us in was fantastic super friendly speedy check in the lady that was there the next morning was nice help us out but the Hispanic lady that was there after our adventures around 5:30pm Saturday was rude when we walked by going to our room she had an attitude with the guest she was checking in went and got a soda and candy she didn’t want to bill my card for the items she wanted a physical card and put an additional 50 dollar hold on my card for $6.59 when asked her about it she had no explanation told me call the manager on Monday she’s the reason for this review she shouldn’t be working in customer service she needs to be a house keeping lady away from guest if she doesn’t like to help people
The rate was good the room was big facility was clean nothing bad to say about the property itself

Ice machine was not working on fifth floor and required more travel than was ideal (1st world problem)
Excellent rate and location, double king suite offered two rooms instead of both beds in one (bonus)

Breakfast was disappointing. My room was not touched after Thursday. I had to go get coffee at the desk every evening and re-use my cups, and towels.
The staff were really friendly and accommodating. Room was comfortable.

Beds can use some update
Staff was excellent. When breakfast was low staff was quick to replenish upon request . Also front desk was helpful with any needs or questions.

The price included breakfast. Sufficient variety. I wouldn't go back for the frozen meal that was available in the evening. The location was very close to the airport.

Poor breakfast, the night staff is very slow, charged me twice for the same booking. I don't like the police for housekeeping service be only after the fourth day.
Room and beds are comfortable, nice staff, good bathroom and well located for that was in a event around and needed to be near the airport.

Lady at check in seemed like she was on drugs or something. She was laying on the couch when we arrived and took awhile to get up and help us. She had a hard time comprehending basic stuff like me telling her I already entered my card info online. 1/2 of our key cards never worked. And there was a beer bottle under our sink in the bathroom.

Parking is horrible when your coming in later at night. They share a parking lot with another hotel. There needs to be more parking spaces available.
The location is great. Bass pro and grapevine mills mall is literally a straight shot and right there, also chris the manager was amazing at splitting out bill. The lady at the front desk told us we couldn't do that but Chris popped up and split it without any issues. Definitely if there is any issue ask for chris the manager.

That we had to keep asking for towels every single day and there was never any available for guests. Also had to keep asking for toilet paper and kleenex and essentials.
The breakfast was ok. I feel like a few more available options would be nice. I think coffee and tea should be available longer throughout the day.

Breakfast was a little lacking. No protein until breakfast was almost over. AC unit in room 423 did not cool the suite. A suite was for atleast 4 people we had 3 towels and had to go get more.

I didn’t like that I couldn’t change the length of stay. I needed to drop the last day and they wouldn’t refund me. Also a problem with booking.com. I booked through them and there was no refund. 😡
I liked the free breakfast, the location and the airport shuttle.
