Property allows many "sketchy" people to just hang in the parking lot. theres a hole cut in the fence that random people walk in and out. My stay was 5 days ago yet they still have not returned the deposit money to my account

Bed was soft and very comfortable, though pillows were very small. i asked the desk for 2 more since there were two of us, they dropped off one.

They had bed bugs all over, sheets were nasty they all had stain, the hot tub WAS NOT CLEAN. I have to when to Walmart to get some stuff to clean. I had to ask for towels and more pillows because this they did not even have some on the room. The breakfast NOT BREAKFAST AT ALL just had a couple slices of bread, cereal and a couple of juice and milk that is all. NOT RECOMMENDED !!!

The tub was dirty with hair, the bathroom counter had beard hair all over it, the bathroom sink was leaking when we arrived then the next day it was clogged. The mirror that had previously been hanging on the wall was on the floor busted. The listing says breakfast included but the breakfast wasn’t the same as last time, it was just some left over things like they were using what they had then stopping breakfast.

the room looked dirty. the sheets were extremely wrinkly which was weird, the carpet had a million stains. the sink in the bathroom was about to fall off the wall, the shower didn’t have a plastic curtain so the fabric one had to get wet. the towels felt like sand paper. had to fill out 10 pieces of paper and write down my license plate.

Two, three o'clock people walking in the hallway make all types of noise. Crackhead men and women all around the hotel. No room cleaning unless u check out. I pick the wrong hotel at the wrong area. Stay away unless u wanna do the same. I have learned my lesson.

The charge extra if you want extra towels or if you have none they will charge you. They don’t clean at all. They also have breakfast yes but you really can’t make anything because they have no plates or cups any of the days I was there. It’s not really nice at all there are perverts that live there yes live there. Also there are really loud people who live there as well. Also there was a loud banging sound every night in the middle of the night.

It smelled like a room that had been closed for months and not touched. The mattress felt like one that came out of a Walmart box.

No hot breakfast. No waffle batter, no juice or coffee. There are pictures on the website of scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, and potatoes. All were absent. All that was there was Frosted Flakes or Cheerios dry without milk and toast with jelly. Many guests were as surprised as we were for the price of the stay and asked why they were gone. Not to mention many signs posted about additional charges if you remove food from the locked breakfast room. There was a man who worked at the front desk patrolling the food. He remained there at least 20-30 minutes just watching people eat. Very creepy! There were no towels or washings in the room and when my wife stopped at the front desk she received 1 towel and rag for 4 people! Also only 2 pillows in the room for everyone... The remote control for the TV was missing and we had to contact maintenance for a replacement.

The room was in relative disrepair, with holes in the walls, a loose toilet, and a tub that drained very slowly. There were only two small pillows for a king size bed, and the blankets were very thin and uncomfortable

I made a reservation for a king suite, I ended up getting a room with two queens. That wasn’t a big deal and I just overlooked it. There was no trashcan at all in my room, no towels anywhere, and the toilet would barely flush. Along with the two beds, there was only one pillow on each. Walls are also very thin and I could hear every conversation outside of my room.

The room was clean but very outdated. The water didn't get hotter than a warm bath so the hot tub wasn't really that. There were no trash cans, only 1 roll of tp, two TINY pillows (for a King bed) and two bath towels (2 people, 2 nights). The sheets were very old and stained, we ended up buying our own sheets and pillows.

They only gave us 1 towel, didn't offer to replace them daily, gave us the wrong room because I ordered a "King Suite" and got a single queen bed. The lady at the counter when I asked about having the wrong room, asked me why the double bed wouldn't work. They weren't really accommodating with anything without having an attitude.

The breakfast was terrible it was either waffles or nothing. In the week we stayed we didn't get room service once. Hallways always smelled like weed and I always felt like I had to look over my shoulder when walking outside

The rooms weren't clean, they didn't provide enough towels and wash clothes, the breakfast was horrible, I didn't like the fact I had to change rooms 3 times because something wasn't working in each room or the ceiling was leaking above my bed

The electricity was shut off due to non payment while we stayed there so the building had to be shut down. 30 hrs later we were allowed back when lights were on. There were people doing drugs in the parking lot falling asleep standing up, half the staff were homeless residents that needed a place to live. I was offered "testers" 3 times by drug dealers looking for customers that also lived there. This place is a homeless hangout. People live here and pay nightly for months at a time. I would not recommend

The king size bed only had two pillows did t even co we the bed the bathroom was missing rags and towels. They try to take money out of your deposit if you try to take you INCLUDED breakfast to your room which is crazy never heard of that . Breakfast only consisted of a waffle and or cereal with only a banana as a fruit option. There was no coffee or juice for breakfast
