Room was worn. Walls, Ceiling and carpet. Spots on all. TV did not have channels that were on the room guide. No movie channels. Toilet was old and flushed poorly.

Room not too bad. Good mattress. Location is centrally located to everything. Breakfast had a wide variety of items to choose from and was cooked well. Bathroom was decent and good towels.

I loved the onsite restaurant. There was one guy running the whole thing, almost positive he was cooking as well. However the food came out fast and it was really, really good! The hotel is nice and clean and easy to get into DC.

The location is confusing. Your pictures on line don't show you're located behind a travel motel. It was dark getting to the hotel itself. You need a direct access from the road or highway.

Location Internet access. My sons computer could connect, but my kindle could not, even tho it said it was connected.

Ok, my room was on the motorway side of the hotel & I could hear every car, police & ambulance going by, that made it very hard to sleep. The Air con was very loud & I had to turn it off. Not much food options around the hotel so I made do with pizza (which was really nice) for 4 nights. TV channels weren't great either.

Breakfast was good, eggs & toast. I liked the area it was in + a shopping centre wasn't far. The receptionist was really nice and helpful. Arlington cemetery & the pentagon are only 20 mins away. It's really easy to get to by public transport from Dulles. Just get the silver line to Rosslyn, then change to blue line to Pentagon city & last get the 87 bus. Believe it or not its a lot easier then it sounds.

One of the staff members told us that there was no free breakfast which was included in the booking. But it was a wrong information. We bought items for breakfast. Later another staff in the morning told us that breakfast was free and we used it. Staff should be made aware about the services offered

Room was very nice, 2 sinks was a nice touch. The A/C needs a stronger fan to cool the room. Overall nice.

You get what you pay for. I hate that (as close as they are to the airport) they didn’t have a shuttle. Beds were old and rough on my back. I could feel the springs. Pillows were too soft (but not dealbreaker). Tub was a yellow but water was strong. The lightbulbs were all different colors. Someone were yellow, some were bright. TV would cut out in the middle of a show. Elevators were old (but working). The worst was the breakfast. Everything but the waffles was bad. Not a lot of options. The yogurt options felt like someone grabbed extras from their grandma’s house.

The A/C got really cold at night (which I love) and the staff was very nice and greeted us every time we came in. The staff manning the restaurant at night was very nice and efficient. I appreciated the maid coming around to give us more towels. The waffles at breakfast were good.

The Breakfast was excellent but the room was small for the amount of guests. The lobby doesn't look great, needs some changes to make it look better and attractive for the costumers.

Upon checking in, the young man who validated my reservation was pretty rude. After a short time he finally started being nice, polite and helpful.

The breakfast could have been better, there was no seasoning on the fried potatoes but I feel like they made up for it by providing other food options.

There are no any clear visible signs of name of hotel when you’re turning on parking lot of neighborhood hotel Pentagon. You need to drive around to find entrance to Comfort Inn. Some furniture in lobby and in room needs to be replaced.

Breakfasts two days were very good. Soundproofing between rooms needs significant improvement
