Enforce non smoking Shampoo carpets Clean bathrooms better

Breakfast was fantastic. Lots of choices and very clean Bed was uncomfortable Room smelled liked marijuana. Every morning the hallway smelled like smoke even though all rooms were non smoking

One morning was told my the front desk clerk that breakfast was over but it was actually still going on.

There was an almost choking smell of people smoking pot at the grilling area out front. The smell of weed gives my wife anxiety, so we almost didn't stay the night, but she held her breath and powered through. Otherwise, the carpet in our room had a few stains.

There was a metal piece sticking out on the bed frame, and I would scratch my leg if I wasn't paying close attention.. There was no hook on the bathroom door for robes/clothes, and the shower was different, so we had to ask for help; no information about operating tv remote.

The bed was comfortable, and the breakfast was good. Location was convenient to family and to worship service.

There were bugs in the bathroom! And it had no shampoo/conditioner. The TV remote was not working so we had to call for help

Rundown, dirty carpets and walls, leaky faucets in the bathroom, wonky electrical outlets, small pieces of trash in the hallways.

The location was convenient.

Curtains did not expand across full windows, letting through very bright lights at night through the sheers. Rooms never made during 3 night stay, had to request additional towels. Kitchen/eating area closed one morning, no full breakfast, only limited offerings in hotel foyer.

Beds very comfortable, provided good sleep. Air conditioning top notch.

The "continental breakfast" consisted of muffins and apples, our microwave in the room didn't heat up anything, beds were hard, AC was off and on all night and wouldn't run consistently. Also, our toilet paper holder didn't even have a rod in it to hold the toilet paper. Overall, not the best experience

Called down to get our bed fixed as we noticed it was broken as soon as we got there. Maintenance came to look and said they would come replace the bed and they never came back.

I had a question to ask the front desk after we were checked in in our room. I had to wait for a gentleman checking in three rooms. And it took just forever. I am a patient person but this was ridiculous. I was there for almost 25 minutes and there were three people behind me. I finally had to leave. They were severely understaffed at the desk.

Carpets in public areas need replacement and the hall had a strange smell.

Bed was comfortable. Room was nice and clean with a pleasant smell. Breakfast bar was tasty and better than expected. I think the breakfast bar was so successful because of the friendly and diligent attendant, she did a great job! Good selection of hot food.

They have 4 entry doors but you could only come in front door and all the parking is at back if building, when we got in the room there was bread crust on carpet and hair in bathtub.

Breakfast was outstanding! The blonde haired breakfast host was wonderful and took extra time to walk my son over to ice machine to fill up his water jug before his soccer tournament. All of the employees that we came in contact with were very kind and helpful! We also really enjoyed the awesome swimming pool. Overall the carpet needs desperately to be replaced! It appeared everywhere old and stained. The hotel and rooms were clean but because of the stained carpet it really made the hotel feel dirty. However, it smelled good. With some updates to the hotel including better mattresses in would be very nice!
