Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

Breakfast was great, fresh, replenished, and clean. There was a very nice variety of items and the staff was gracious, helpful, and smiling. That's a great way to start the day on a fantastic note. Thanks.

United StatesThe dog poop area was full of poop. People are lazy and don’t pick there’s up. I always do. I had to walk off property to potty my dog.
Kind staff. We had our therapy dog. We we’re headed to the Jr Olympics. The staff was very sweet to our pup.

United StatesThe hot water took a really long time to come on and the water pressure was meh. I was in rm 417. The shaking from the laundry room was wild. Felt like the building was about to fall down. 🤣
Excellent staff and customer care at the site! Everyone was so kind and helpful. Breakfast was YUM. Bed was very comfortable and the room and other facilities were absolutely spotless. Hard to remember a time I've been in a hotel THAT clean.

CanadaMike, at the Front desk was friendly, accommodating and gave so much information. Location was very easy to find. Pool and breakfast hours are extended in comparison to all other hotels we've stayed at. Breakfast options are fantastic. Eggs, sausage (delicious) waffles, yogurt ( even greek), cereal, toast, fruit. Bedding is exceptional and so comfy. I would definitely stay here again. Only one comment and it has NOTHING to do with this hotel. If you are bringing pets (we did), please, please, PLEASE, pick up after them. You should have your own pet poop bags. Every review on every hotel that I will comment on will mention this. Be a respectful pet owner!!!!! especially to the hotels you stay at!

United StatesThe showers need to be cleaned a little better. The corners of the showers inside and out were pretty dirty. Other then that, the rooms were very clean and comfortable. As far as the pool, the water was cold, and the next time we stayed the hot tub was not working.
The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The place was clean and in a good location. They have cookies, popcorn and lemon water in the lobby for their guests. And the price of the room is very affordable!
