The location…yikes! It is in a sketchy part of town; homeless set up all over (street corners, especially where traffic enters and exits from the interstate). The stores close by were disgusting and several homeless hang out there. If you need anything for your stay, stop elsewhere before you get here.

Might want to pack earplugs if you're sensitive to loud voices/noises. Absolutely NOT the hotel's fault, just other guests not well versed in proper hotel etiquette.

Great, hot breakfast available; something different each day. Friendly staff, always warmly greeted. Large, clean, bug free room. Bed was super comfy, as were the pillows (I usually have a horrible time with pillows in hotels & wake up with a sore neck; not here). Liked the room & amenities here so much on this business trip, I brought my family back the next week for a little Spring Break getaway.

My only complaint is that I did request a bathtub in our room and we did not get one. We had a child with us, which is why it was important.

The beds were so comfortable! The breakfast was amazing. The staff was so fun and friendly!

Well, sadly, the first room had a needle in it, and the room we got upgraded to wasn't the cleanest. The towels were still dirty, and there were stains on the couch and night stands.

I loved the staff and how kind and understanding they were. I also loved the free breakfast! I love that we did get an upgrade since the first room had something wrong in it.

Breakfast is for general public, not for for those with wood sensitivities. Also, guests took the luggage carts to their rooms therefore they were not available for others to use. Signs need to be posted or staff needs to address this to those who use them.

There were security cameras indoors and out, comfortable clean rooms and friendly staff.

The employee not welcoming terrible host It should be rules set for kids in the hot tub and swimming pool. It was after 9pm and I couldn't enjoy a swim due to loudness and splashing The room wasn't worth the money spent

We got a reminder at check-in about noon check out (which is great), then we got a knock on door at 10:20am with another reminder ( we had do not disturb on our door). The knock was a wake up knock from a housekeeping lady that only spoke Spanish. After that we went back to bed only to get another call at 11:10am stating that we need to be checked out by noon ( which by now was told when we checked in and with the knock on the door). We had a very long car ride home so we were getting rest as much as possible. We are grown adults we do not need reminders of when our check out is. This would be our only complaint. We are unsure if we will be booking here in the future.

There was a truck driver and some other guests who had gotten in the Hot tub with regular clothes cause the water to turn dark green. Once they left, it took a while for the water to clear up a bit but this has nothing to do with the hotel itself.

Breakfast was great. Always hot and fresh and the staff was always on it. the hot tub was a plus for sure. The lobby looks great and rooms are cleaned to the same standard as their first impression in the lobby. We stayed a few nights. Noise levels were controlled. We were on the bottom floor and had no issues. Its right off the highway so it's very convenient as far as location. Parking is great too. A lot of space.

Everything was good accept Wifi was slow.

Breakfast was good but need more eggs and bacon. Bed was so comfortable.

The elevator doors sound like Chewbacca when closing. I actually kind of liked it. It made me laugh. And the flooring in the elevator needs some updating due to duct tape holding parts of the flooring together. Scraping off the duct tape and using caulk instead would be a simple fix. These two cosmetic issues are the only “unlikeable” things I encountered during my stay!

The facility was modernized, which you don't find in a number of Comfort Suites. But as of late, their sprucing up the places which they really needed.
