You had one employee at front desk that was very rude! We had to wait 2 hrs past check in time for our room, she was very rude about it. Other than the one skinny white girl being rude. Everyone else was amazing.

That the ac never really kept it cold in the room! I would put it down to 66* trying to get room cooler & it wasn’t really hot this past week! I don’t like hearing the pipes all the time either from upstairs

The only real thing I didn’t love wasn’t really the hotels fault, there was a room near ours where the occupants had to have been smoking (in a no smoking building) an excessive amount of pot as it stunk in our room a couple times & definitely out in the hallway

Breakfast was good, but some variety would be good too, it was either pork or turkey sausage and scrambled egg every morning, it was still good, but some variety would be good also.room was great

Breakfast hours were 5:30-9:00. Thought breakfast started a little early and ended early. Would like to have been able to sleep late and still get breakfast considering I came to Virginia Beach to relax. Thought it was great not to have to pay to park but trying to navigate through the parking garage with a full sized truck was like negotiating a mine field.

Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Nice view from the ocean front balcony. Good breakfast with a variety of food options including hot items, ( scrambled eggs, sausage patties, waffles ).

Would.have like a little more of a kitchen. A little mlre fridge and maybe a bit more counter space. Fire alarm did go off during my stay. Not sure why. It was over in maybe a hallf an hour. But had to wake my 2 year old up to exit at around 10 or 11 pm before having to drive 9 hours home yhe next day

Location. Good breakfast included. Clean room and bedding no bugs. Nice view. Hot water got to 5th floor quickly. Nice indooor pool. Comfy beds.

We had a fire evacuation. It was not communicated to us at all as to where and what we were supposed to do after meeting at the front desk until I asked the person at front desk what are we supposed to do and she didn’t appear to know either.

The room and the garage being able to park on the floor I was on.

We really liked almost everything. The only things that could have made it better was a lower price and the parking garage was a little tight going around bends and going up the ramps.

The entire staff was very friendly and courteous. All of the facilities were clean and stocked. The room was spacious with a great view of the beach and ocean and also had a balcony. Great location and the breakfast had a good variety of hot and cold items. We had a great time and we would recommend Country Inn and Suites to anyone staying in Virginia Beach.

The parking garage is only 6ft max height. Makes it difficult for cars with luggage racks or average sized family vehicles

Pool area smelled bad. Plumbing needs some work (wobbly faucet). Had to call maintenance for broken remote (got us a new one), and locked safe (unlocked for us). The parking garage was old and sketchy.

Right on the beach. Great location. Free breakfast and parking included. Staff all very kind and helpful. Overall pretty clean.

I think the rooms need to be revamped. Certain things were old and not working properly- placing shower on cold label for hot water, furniture in room was old, toilet does not flush and refill quickly- you have to wait for some time, pool did not look inviting to me but there were others getting in.

I loved how close it was to the ocean and how friendly the staff was. It was also close to a lot of places so you could walk from the hotel.

Understanding the cost was outstanding the pull out sofa was so worn all you could feel was the bars and frame through it. Also there was no bedding for the pullout anywhere in the room. There was soiled material on the wall by the toilet that I'm pretty sure was human that I had to clean before I would let the kids in the bathroom and looking under the cushion of the chair (because it felt funny) there was a time it was soaked with something that smelled bad. Lastly they NEED to put a warning out about the parking garage. My SUV sits normal but if it were any lower... it would have bottomed out going up and down. We saw a car bust a bumper during our stay. If you drive anything lowered don't use the parking garage.

So the rooms were very nicely set up. The breakfast was outstanding and the day shift staff was very kind to my children and very helpful.
