Only con is that there is only one elevator. So, it was a pain having to wait for it. I ended up using the stairs for most of the stay.

Not nearly enough parking - had to park at the gas station next door and my car was blocked in with cones in the morning. Also is in a busy intersection that makes it difficult to enter/exit the parking lot. The shower wasn’t the cleanest, but everything else was very clean.

Very close to the airport and Nova Southeastern University. The landscaping was nice and the property was updated. The staff was kind and helpful.

The breakfast really exceeded my expectations in the quality of the options (nice vegetable mini omelettes, hot oatmeal with toppings), and the service - the staff Hasina was really helpful and friendly. The breakfast made me choose this hotel each time I return to Davie.

While the hotel is at a great location, close to airports and cruise port, there is no restaurants nearby (walking distance) other than a couple of fast food places. Plan for a $6-10 ride share to get to restaurants for dinner.

Front desk. Felt unheard and lied to. They had 2/13 as check in, even when I showed them confirmation of 14th. They did not honor price at check in. At check out the next day, after we explained again, they did honor it and were told They will always honor prices. It was very frustrating. ALWAYS check your receipts.

Breakfast was good, had the usual variety including hot food. Breakfast staff was great. Most staff good.

One staff member was either new or clueless. Not knowing there was an outage with direct tv, In the am I realized there was no tv signal, but was heading out so did not report it. That evening when I went to the desk to report it the desk clerk said “what do you want me to do”. I responded send someone to fix or change my room. She said she would talk to her senior and let me know. She then called my room to say that it was a nationwide outage. I asked why no one else had complained if the entire hotel was affected, and her response was “thank you”. ??? I googled it and found there was a direct tv outage, but the hotel staff was of no help in understanding what was happening.

We had a stressful situation when the hotel system blocked two different amounts on the card - they exceeded the expected payment for the hotel. The situation was resolved only after a couple of weeks. We are glad that everything was resolved. There are many beautiful places in Fort Lauderdale, and we would recommend taking a stroll through them without rushing to other places.

The hotel is conveniently located - close to the airport FLL, there is parking. The room is spacious and clean, everything you need is there - a place to work, and a place to make coffee, tea, and a snack. Two large beds, which was overkill for the two of us, but very useful for families with children. The breakfast was delicious, the cafe employee was very polite and nice in offering everyone food that was left at the end of breakfast. There is a terrace outside with seating in the shade. For a short stopover and an overnight stay before departure, this hotel is a good option. Our flight was delayed and after calling the hotel our reservation was not cancelled, we checked in later. In our account, we saw that the hotel had given us the option of late check-out (even though we didn't ask for it since we couldn't take advantage of that offer, but it was nice).

Housekeeping services the room much too late in the day because they need to prioritize the rooms that are checking out first.

Seemed a bit off at management level. Room as requested was not ready at 430 check in so took king rather than 2 queens for my sister and I. Did not have change for vending machines (only had a couple tens and not enough 5s or 1s to make change for 20.
