Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomNothing. We had a couple of initial things with the room that weren’t quite right, but Joshua on front desk dealt with them quickly and efficiently which is what you want, and we were happy with how it was handled.
Clean, comfortable and amazing staff! I stayed with my best friend and we loved have the 2 sinks in the bathroom! We had everything we needed and we also enjoyed the well equipped gym. We enjoyed both bars in the hotel and all the drinks and food we had were great (both rooftop and on the ground floor). The hotel was far enough away from the hustle and bustle of Broadway to be relaxing, but close enough to be easily accessible. A special shout out to the gorgeous Kevin, who always greeted us with the biggest smile and who we looked forward to always seeing!

The room was very spacious and clean. The hotel is walking distance from broadway and other tourist attractions. Overall a great experience and would stay at a Conrad hotel again

United StatesA glass we used on a Thursday morning was left in our room until cleaning Saturday afternoon. We know it was the same glass because I had used it and it had a lipstick mark on it. The same glass was just covered with the paper top for 2 days. Our comforter had a skeetchy stain on it. Requested on Thursday for it to be changed. Was not changed until Saturday cleaning. The request was made at the front desk.
The breakfast was great. A little pricey for small portions.

United KingdomHad some minor issues with housekeeping, forgot robes initially, cups and glasses not always washed when we had it. Lack of fridge lets the room quality down a little, I get it’s to encourage usage of the mini bar but I think they should seriously consider it.

United StatesI was only in town for three days, two nights , I didn’t like the checkout process of getting double charged after I checked out with the receipt in hand and then having to wait over a week to receive the funds back even though it was a mistake on the hotels end and the customer service/guest agent told me that it was their fault of course but no apology was given, no credit for a one night stay or anything for the huge inconvenience and I’m not talking about a couple hundred dollars I’m talking about over a thousand dollars. I, myself working in customer service and with different companies in different positions over the past thirteen plus years. Something definitely could’ve been done to ease the consumers mind and to have them to rebook with the Conrad and spread the word about how this great company noticed an issue and fixed it. Overall I am happy to have shined a light in a certain area that they can do better on as a company. We are all learning and growing to be better. Best wishes.
I love the cleanliness of this place, I like the decor of the room/bathroom and how it was set up. I loved the amount of space it was very spacious. They do have a lot of things to do around the area that the hotel is in, the hotel itself has a couple of restaurants that seem pretty great and I loved the pool and the greenery area! Half to most of the staff was really friendly not very helpful, but friendly :)

I loved the easy access to the bar and restaurant that were both located at the hotel. Once I arrived I didn’t have to leave.

United StatesDuring my stay, I faced a few issues with the room's cleanliness and housekeeping schedule that negatively affected my experience. Initially, the room wasn't very clean, as I found a contact lens on the floor. The next day, the cleaning staff accidentally left a vacuum in my room, which was inconvenient. Most bothersome was on the third day when housekeeping came to clean at 9 pm, forcing me to wait in the lobby when I really needed to sleep. These problems made my stay less comfortable and suggest the hotel needs to improve its cleaning and scheduling practices.
