Parking was a little tight but it would not keep us from staying here agin, I wish you had a rate for police officers.

I didn’t like the fact that one of the beds squeaked every time you moved and the bathroom didn’t have a vent.

All the parking was full when we arrived. Had to park around back where it was very dark. Was a little nervous about that, but all was good.

A surprising number of pets at the hotel. Large dogs, German Shepard, Pit bull mix,. We knew there were pet friendly rooms, but this was alot.

The staff were exceptional!! Very welcoming and accomodating! Our room was clean and very comfortable! Location was great for seeing Cookeville and visiting Tennessee Tech.

I am a female, moving cross country. I felt very safe in this hotel and the staff were super nice! I had my dogs with me and they had little doggy bags for them with treats, poop bags, and a list of dog parks and vets close by. I can’t say I have an complaints

A guest had a dog, took it out and tracked in dog “*#&@“ from back door into elevator on the right, maybe a 8’ trail. I reported it to the front desk, went to breakfast. It had not been cleaned 20 minutes later and reported it again, this time to the breakfast attendant. She got it cleaned up. It appeared she did her best with the rug at the door. Although the actual cause of the incident was not the hotel’s fault, their lack of an instant response was disappointing.

Room was clean, bed very comfortable, breakfast well stocked with good variety of items.

Difficult for the proprietors to control but busy entrance/exit and a congested area. Breakfast options were sufficient but not exceptional.

Good clean rooms and friendly staff. Free WiFi worked well for me. Comfortable and easy all-around stay.

This review is hidden because it doesn't meet our guidelines.

The shower didn't work and I booked and paid for a king room with a spa bath but the spa jets didn't work so all my wife and I could do is take a simple bath. I paid for something my wife nor myself was able to enjoy.

Breakfast was really nice and hit the spot for early in the morning. Location was perfect for certain areas we wanted to travel to and see. Room had plenty of room and space for school work and the beds were comfortable. Other than a few items it was a pleasant stay.

You should have a better system to notify guests when there’s a tornado or other emergency. A computerized call to all rooms wit information about the emergency and instructions on what to do. If I hadn’t woke up to use the bathroom I wouldn’t have known about a tornado warning for the area. Also you should have more information in the room about policy for houses keeping and were to go in an emergency. And staff should be better trained on how to handle such a situation. Maybe it would be better to have all guests with pets to be on the same floor so they don’t disturb other guests. The person I was traveling with was woken up more than once from a barking dog. I hope this information gets passed on to the corporate department that can change theses policies so future guest have a better experience.

Breakfast was great. We got there little after 9 and they left it out for us to eat. Was a bad storm coming through that morning and staff was accommodating to us staying in lobbby til storm passed through. It wasn’t a long wait tho.

Breakfast was disappointing and mostly grain based. The room was big but didn't have extra bed available for the stay. Pool is outside and closed for the winter.

The shower pressure and bath tub were amazing.

The floor in our room was sticky and the sink would not drain water. Also the pet fee was $25 so higher than we have paid before.
