The halls were noisy both nights, it seemed there might be a large party staying. We might have been better off on the upper floor, but our first room was not clean and we were moved to a room downstairs.

The esthetic of the property was the first thing I liked. The beds were surprisingly comfortable and we slept well.

The hotel was very clean and the staff was very friendly. The room was spacious with an industry feel. Exposed pipes and exposed brick walls. All in all a very nice stay.

The bathroom could have been a bit brighter or lighting less yellow. I was hoping to get an exposed brick wall like the picks but did not. No big deal just wanted to see it.

No tea/coffee facilities in the room - coffee only available in the lobby until 10am. No breakfast available & nothing around within 10 mins walk for breakfast (we didn’t have a car)

The noisy heating unit was what we disliked the most. It tripping on and off at night was terrible. We didn't get a good rest.

The hotel itself was beautiful and very historic. The only thing that I did not like is that we could not get breakfast food on site. Also, the bar closed rather early for weekend nights. However, the place was clean and very comfortable and will definitely stay there again.

Tv was too small for the size of the room. Also, unavoidably, the floor boards on the room above us was so creaky and SO loud The restaurant had nice ambiance, but the service for out meal was very long.

No coffee makers in the rooms and since the area does not boast many breakfast or lunch options it might be beneficial for the hotel to offer a continental breakfast option in the future.

We did not get a discount from their regular price, in spite of our using Booking.com. We would have gotten a better room if we had booked directly with them. It was my impression they save the best rooms for direct bookers. Our room had a locked closet that made it impossible for a night stand to fit beside one side of the bed. And it was dark since there was no bedside lamp on one side. Noise carried easily through this locked closet from somewhere?

The restaurant is there down fall. They can't cook a steak to save there lives. Even after sending it back. We gave up paid and left.

Being 83 years old I had to walk a city block outside to get a terrible cup of coffee and younger people did not. Thank God it wasn't raining or snowing. You have to learn not to make coffee with chlorinated water, you use bottled water or filtered water, coffee was terrible. If you are not going to serve breakfast then take it off your web site that's a teaser and excuses don't work. Driving around town looking for breakfast and a parking spot even with an address is not my idea on how to spend your Sunday morning. Closet space in room was poorly designed, hanging clothes over the refrigerator isn't a good idea. Bed was comfortable.
