The location. Lots of construction going on, which made it very hard to come in and out of the property. Plus the location had a few shady people hanging around, which made my kids uncomfortable. Then the breakfast was very minimal due to Covid.

Not enough towels and washcloths and the bathroom door needs new paint.

I did not have breakfast either day do I have no rating. The staff was very friendly and demonstrated excellent customer service. My room was okay. The paint on the inside of the bathroom door was was a little old and peeling and I wish there were more towels and washcloths allotted but overall I was pleased.

There was a constant aroma of marijuana in various sections of the hotel. It was disturbing. When you first entered the room, the bed was the first thing you saw but it looked slept in. The comforter was bumpy due to the filling (I guess) but it just didn't look fresh and crisp. Even when you rolled down the comforter, the sheets looked slightly wrinkled. I passed on the breakfast due to it was just yogurt, bagels and apples...that I saw. The hotel elevator was out so we had to walk down 3 flights of steps...not too bad if you can walk but I noticed several guests with walkers or canes. Would have been a real struggle for them, especially if they had to walk up to the2nd or 3rd floor. The elevator was working again later in the morning. Though I only made reservations for one night and checkout was at noon, the hotel maid used her key and walked in the room without knocking. I guess she thought no one was in...but she didn't knock. She was apologetic and quickly closed the door when she realized we were still in the room...but that's not the point. She should have knocked and announced room service. If my husband had not just gotten dressed, she would have walked in while he was in his underwear or naked! Since I decided to stay an extra day in Maryland, I switched to another hotel though the staff advised they had room for us to stay another night. I passed.

The hotel location was fine. It met my expectations. Parking was adequate, room size was comfortable, shower was great and the hotel staff was friendly.

The 3rd floor reeked of cannabis. The carpet was stained and dirty. A dirty washcloth was left over the shower curtain. The towels were left over from the previous people. Cracked light fixtures. The breakfast area was dirty. The counters were filthy. Only one waffle maker working. People hanging out to collect packages that were not staying there. The room wasn't ready on time.

The front desk staff was great. Very friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable.

Haven't been to a hotel in years without HD tv but this only had SD Chanel's. Yuch The WiFi was slow I couldn't even hook up. No ice bucket in the room.

Breakfast was not good and nobody cleaned up the tables and counters an hour after a bus left. Had to clean off own table. Wife couldn't eat the Egg and sausage. Saw people leaving to eat breakfast somewhere else.

This has far been on of the worst country inn that I have ever stayed at. The room lighting was dim, and the room reek of an odor. The shower head was broken, there was tape on it and it did not hang up. The room outlets did not work. The bed was hard, nothing comfortable about it. We went for breakfast (that was a joke) watered down juice, hard sausage patties and dried out eggs. Someone spilled there food in the elevator and it stayed there until the next day. The next night there was some type of liquid on the floor in the elevator as well as it remained there until the next morning. The desk in the room was also broken. None of the room or breakfast area looks like the picture.

The only thing that was good was the location to the area that I needed to be. As well as there a few places to eat within walking distance.

Breakfast wasn’t all put out and workers didn’t understand us. Only 1 of the 4 of us could take a shower bc the shower handle wasn’t working. We went and told person at desk, he came right up looked at it and then got a tool to temporarily fix it. Only one of us got a shower before it didn’t work again…. We didn’t have time to wait for it to be fixed again…. We told the man at desk when we were checking out. Just an apology.

The smell of weed, when i went to the front he gave me 2 boxes of spray. The Cleanliness of the whole hotel was atrocious, from pictures of walls to broken toiletseats and sticky floors for 2 days. The breakfast was almost non existent and they were not attentive at all.

Drug infested, prostitutes everywhere, smell of drugs, cigarettes, loud noises all times of night staff over charged me. Beds dirty hair all in the beds and the bathroom just filthy
