Had to go to the 2nd floor for ice since first floor machine was broke. And the breakfest room was closed off for the rest the day after breakfast was over so needing anything in the area was a no go. The chlorine smell was real strong from the pool. And our mini fridge seemed to be struggling to stay cold.

How spacious the rooms where and the complimentary breakfast was delicious and well stocked.

We found a used bar of soap behind our bathroom sink, and we had a hard time keeping water in the tub for baths. It would be nice if the front desk had a bell for service, so you don't have to wait forever for someone to finally come out of the back.

The breakfast was great! The pool was warm and relaxing. The staff was nice and pleasant to deal with.

While the rooms were clean, they had average signs of "wear and tear" (rip on the headboard, crack in the ceiling in shower) and we had to slam the door to get it to shut all the way.

Hotel was clean, the breakfast staff was amazing. She was the friendliest staff person there. Free Breakfast was a plus. Front desk staff was helpful in getting us a room and getting towels for the pool. Love the text if you need anything feature.

The bathroom shower rod needed repair and the microwave and fridge were hard to access due to the way the cabinet was designed.

Friendly staff-the employee who checked us in was a hoot. Good breakfast. We had a roomy suite and enjoyed the extra space.

Breakfast was small options compared to other hotels. The listing said the hotel had a hot tub and we chose this hotel for that reason and come to find out there wasn’t one. When we first arrived there were trash bags laying out in the open in the hallway. The pool had white chunks in it because they just shocked it they said. The room itself was quite warm because the room was set to 74 and I couldn’t change the temperature. Vending machines were out of order. The tv in the room was fuzzy and had a red blur to it and very few channels to choose from

1) pool was not clean...stuff (looked like bugs) was floating all over the top of the water. 2) I felt a little uncomfortable as far as the random people that hung around that didn't seem like they were guests. For example, my daughter and I were walking to our car, and a lady sitting in a car in the lot of the hotel tried to get us to come over there. That is how people get grabbed. We ignored her, then 3 min later, she was gone. Makes sense as to why I saw a police officer coming in the elevator when we were exiting. It was a nice area, but I didn't feel the safest. This was just our personal experience, others may not have had the same feelings. When I travel with my family, I am always cautious of my surroundings and the random people hanging around just made me feel uneasy.
