Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

Awesome, one of the highlights of our stay. The kitchen staff was very friendly and kept every thing clean and food supplies filled. David Williams also worked very hard early before breakfast was served to clean up a tremendous mess left in the dining area that a large group left after a party. Just a wonderful staff.

Extensive options provided for breakfast. The location near the Louisville Slugger Sports Complex is what made this place worth the stay. Less than 5 minutes to the park.

Everything was conveniently located and easily accessible. Comfy lounge area where we could visit with other family members. The staff even found us some playing cards so we could play card games. The breakfast buffet was not fancy but tasted good.

United StatesMy only other complaint was that the stairwell wasn't cleaned all weekend that I was there, as there was garbage from (presumably) the ball players (a breakfast plate and cup). Nothing major (included pictures)
The front desk staff were very understanding when it came to the few complaints I had (noise from youth ball players running up and down the hall, and no hot water my first morning) and even gave me a discount, which I only noticed when I checked out and got my receipt
