Our mattress was a little uncomfortable. They cleaned our room with bleach and I'm allergic to bleach so it was difficult to breathe until we opened windows for a few hours to try and air it out.

The location is great. You can walk from your room to east side or west side of town. Besides the roosters, it's a quiet location. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Breakfast had a good choice of breads, cakes and cereals but most things were long-life and plastic wrapped and apart from cups, we had to eat off Styrofoam plates with plastic cutlery - not nice and not environmentally friendly at all. Air conditioning units from different rooms a bit distracting for me when sitting on the lovely balcony outside the rooms.

Excellent location near all attractions but quiet, great to be able to park, interesting historical area, compact but comfortable rooms with everything provided, lovely small pool and courtyard for relaxing.

The mattress needed an upgrade. It was uncomfortable. The loud roosters were very annoying, especially in the morning. Getting a good sleep in was impossible.

Loved the entire place. Our room, while small was lovely. The courtyard area by the small pool was great place to relax and read a book. The location was perfect. 3 blocks away from Duval which made it convenient but without the loud noise. Easy walking distance to all sights. The best part were the people who worked there, friendly and conversant. Thank you to them.

There was nothing we didn't like. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. I can't see any thing I would want to improve.

Everything was wonderful at Courtney's! They upgraded us to a better room downstairs so we wouldn't have to use the steps. The rooms were wonderful with tile showers and bathrooms, modern kitchen, everything very clean. Wonderful breakfast with quite a variety of choices. Parking on site was a biggie. And to top it all off only two blocks to walk to Devaul Street! We will never stay anywhere else when we are there! Thank you Courtney and staff!! 💕

Sofa in living room is a little beaten down. Living room tv remote would not turn tv on and off. Cabinet door in kitchen was off the hinge. A roll of paper towels would have been handy. Very easy to get locked out!

We were pleasantly surprised with our little cottage. It was quiet, comfortable and beautifully tucked into the surrounding neighborhood. Although we didn’t swim, there was a nice little pool in the center of the apartments. Pictures did not do justice to this property. A continental breakfast was offered as well as coffee in our room.

Little updates to the property rooms would be nice, but for the $$ value, it was good

Little hidden gem! We travelled with a large family and got two rooms, room 1 and 14. We were all impressed for the value we paid and the location / comfort of the rooms. This isn’t the Ritz, so don’t expect luxury, but the cottages have a cute pool up front, a sitting area to reside at at night and a decent breakfast that suits everyone’s needs and wants. Breakfast was replenished quickly and the staff were very friendly. Would definitely recommend to families traveling with kids or larger groups. We also were able to walk everywhere and there was parking in the back for ours cars.

Chickens were loud. Could have used a clothes hanging situation in the room and more seating. But these are minor concerns.

Close to everything but just far enough away from it to be quiet and homey. Friendly and helpful staff. Great relaxing grounds.

Everything was fabulous

Staff was amazing ~ bend over backwards helpful. The location was a super short walk away from Duval street and all of the restaurants and entertainment. The bungalow was FAR larger than expected, extremely clean and beautiful. The staff went out of their way to make sure we had enough towels (they provide bath/shower AND pool towels) and had safe storage for our bicycles. There's a parking lot for guests. While close to EVERY hot spot, it's quiet, private and a wonderful place to kick back and relax or celebrate.
