the beds were a bit uncomfortable but not horrible. you could tell they were just old

location was perfect, nestled in a quiet area however close enough to duval and all the restaurants & shops. Loved the quaintness of the place. All of the staff was very pleasant and accommodating. Breakfast was your typical continental and there was plenty of variety. Very nice big area in back with tables & chairs, covered with a tiki hut (big), soda machine and ice machine.

We parked our car on arrival and never moved it until we checked out 3 days later. Everything is in walking distance. Courtney's Place is cute, clean, and friendly. Best continental breakfast. Highest standards of cleanliness and service. Old Florida Key West 2.0. Loved it.

The Roosters are supposed to crow at dawn. Unfortunately, Key West Roosters do not have alarm clocks!

A tranquil Oasis within 2 blocks of Duval. This location ticks ALL the boxes. Self check in great apartment well stocked with everything including a juicer and breakfast thrown in! Staff can not do enough for you. Free parking and good WIFI added to our satisfaction rating. Don't tell too many people or we might not get in next time. Would I stay there again? We would not stay anywhere else!

The rental was not cheap, but still we enjoyed our stay.

The apartment we rented was spacious and well kept. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The property is an easy walking distance from many attractions in Key West and we enjoyed out stay there very much.

Great place to explore Key West. Very central, close to main attractions. Quiet, with great breakfast, with roosters joining the breakfast - a special experience. Very friendly staff. Great small pool, very useful to end the day.

Great central location, only a couple of blocks to the main streets. On a small side road so we didn't have a ton of traffic or even people walking by. We got there hours before check in and while our room wasn't ready yet they fit us right in with parking so that we could explore. Would recommend.

The bed itself was pretty uncomfortable, to the point where my partner and I had both had trouble sleeping all night. The wifi was pretty bad in our room - we had trouble using it at all. Overall our room was quite nice, but the fact that there wasn't a bathroom door was a bit strange and definitely leaves something to be desired in terms of privacy. The room also wasn't particularly quiet. We could hear other guests shouting and running up and down the hallways on either side of the room most of the night and morning (presumably children). None of these things were particularly dealbreakers for us, but took away slightly from the overall experience of the b&b.

The location is excellent, the room was easy to access, and the amenities of this b&b are great. Everything was clean and tidy upon our arrival. The staff was excellent - very helpful, kind, and enthusiastic about our stay.

The breakfast was a good option to have—there are excellent breakfast options in Key West, but often our group wasn’t all ready to go at the same time, so earlier risers needed a little something to tide them over. Cereal, bananas, oranges, a variety of breads for toasting, hard boiled eggs, coffee, tea, filtered water, and breakfast sandwiches were there! The staff was welcoming and helpful, replenishing towels, making up our beds, tidying the bathroom, and sweeping our floor as needed. We loved the location (close to everything but on a quiet street), the small pool was super fun and we met some great guests while swimming, and the whole property has such a great vibe. It’s affordable, comfortable, and has everything anyone needs! We even had a dog friendly room so our pooch could vacation with us! Every room has its own exterior door, and there are tables and chairs outside the rooms and all over the property, including under a covered patio area for rainy days. Roosters and chickens and cats and iguanas hang around, coming and going as they like (and as they do all over the island). Courtney’s Place has bikes for rent, a small parking lot, and the staff can help you make any reservations you need. They even let you take pool towels off property—we did this while visiting Dry Tortugas NP on a day trip and while on a couple snorkeling trips, and we were grateful we didn’t have to buy beach towels. It was an overall stellar experience, and we’ll stay there again if we visit Key West in future.

Roosters! Up at the crack of dawn but hey when in the Keys!!

The breakfast looked great just not our kind of breakfast while traveling. The area was so pretty and very easy to walk around and see things. Close to Duval which was a bonus! The room was comfortable and cool.

Everything absolutely everything!!! It's beautiful place to stay and location is even better and Courtney is such a sweetheart and Debbie too. You can't find everything in 1 place like here and I will definitely be back

Expect that these are older buildings, not new. But for the price you pay, they are very clean. The beds were great, we had space to hang out, nice and quiet! Great value!
