Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

United StatesOne we had to cut are stay short. I notified them so they could rent out the room.. since we prepaid we lost money. Daily cleaning is a must. If the hotels don't offering. Don't put them on your list. That's BS.

United StatesDid not partake in breakfast; however, we thought it was included with our room cost. Remind staff when they tell guests there is breakfast that it is not complimentary. The pillows were too lumpy. Water pressure low in the shower.
Location - shopping and restaurants in very close proximity. We were able to work in our room and in the lobby area once we checked out and had to wait until it was time to go to the airport. Helpful and friendly staff. Delilah, there during the day 4/8, was very nice and helpful in having lunch available for the guests while waiting to see the solar eclipse. This was very thoughtful for hotel managment to approve/provide - an unexpected pleasant suprise.

Friday night was good they had the bar open and friendly and helpful staff!

United StatesThey were not serving breakfast but we didn't know that when we booked. After check in the desk clerk informed us of a 100$ non refundable deposit (which does not classify as a deposit then) for our pet. They did waive this fee for my husband's service dog but it was not a happy surprise. Dayton was tough on us. We couldn't find food for 3 hours and were treated poorly by nearby businesses so we went without food for 23 hours since they were also not serving breakfast at the hotel and we had not eaten since 7am on the road. We also had a loud Harley bike rider riding in the parking lot for 2 hours between 1 and 3am so sleep was interrupted a lot.
Very comfortable bed, friendly staff. Well appointed room.

United StatesThe price is high but considering the king size bed, free wifi, room service, bistro bar, kitchen area is open 24hrs, weight room it's not too bad. No jacuzzi and no pool but honestly if you don't have kids this is a great place to stay.
