But this time was extremely different (MAD FACE). The bed sheets were not changed it had 2 different people hair in the bed. And plus (BED BUGS), my fiance has multiple small bites on his neck and right arm. No housekeeping while staying at the hotel. Had to call front desk a little after 4pm for fresh towels.

The hotel is beautiful. Perfect location, and the staff was WONDERFUL!!! But I will return. The only hotel that I stay with when I'm in Jacksonville!!

Room had an Oder, like B O, & needed to be aired out. Restaurant employee was to busy talking to the men at the bar to wait or acknowledge us. After 7 minutes of waiting, we left .

Well we didn't quite like the bathroom because there were like little moldy or mildewed spots in the bath tub and if I remember correctly the shower head may have been old. One major issue we had was the hotel was described as being across the street from the beach which was totally inaccurate.

We liked the room ok. The aesthetics of the hotel was good inside and outside.

Didn't like the fact you charged me for a room that I never checked in or signed for, so I am having a hard time in getting my money returned now I am going to see my lawyer Monday because it wasn't a problem taking my money but, Iam catching hell on getting it back. I am also calling the Better Business B.

The cleaning staff were useless. In the 4-5 days I was there they never cleaned my room. Instead, on multiple occasions, they threw a couple towels on my unmade bed and went to the AC in my room and turned it to full blast at 61 degrees Fahrenheit. I would come back from being outside in the cold for hours to a room that was almost as cold.

The sliding glass door did not lock at all, hair was on the floor like they didn't sweep.

When we arrived they told us no breakfast was provide in the rate of $199 per night and Marriot was now a pay foe breakfast hotel chain.

Cleanliness!! The bed lines were FILTHY... Had to get more and definitely didn't feel clean.

called front desk because I couldn’t find the tv remote. staff brought a remote very quickly. he turned tv on and it came on. I watched about one hour and then the tv just shut off. I tried to turn it back on but it wouldn’t work at all. I worked with it but finally gave up. For the price I was charged for the stay I think they should have a tv that works. ☹️ Also the sink in bathroom wouldn’t drain. Must have been half clogged.

They tried to give me a queen size room with no balcony when I booked for a king balcony and the guy told me not to book through 3rd party sites because they will say we have the room and don’t. I normally stay at this same hotel by JAX and never have a problem booking my room. Then they gave me a queen room with balcony. Wish the price could’ve been deducted since I didn’t get my king suite/balcony.

The balcony could have been a little bit bigger. It was barely wide enough to get a chair out on it. If my husband had to be in his wheelchair he would have to get out of the wheelchair so I could take it out on the balcony. Once I got it onto the balcony then my husband could get back in it and sit.

I liked having the balcony. I also liked the fact that when we came off the elevator we could go a short distance and go to our vehicle. My husband has to use a walker and it makes it easier on him to walk to the vehicle.

Paid for breakfast for two with the room rate. We were denied breakfast, not sure why. No logical explanation was offered. I was promised a call from the manager, I received none!

The air conditioner in our room was so loud that it was impossible for any of us to sleep. The bed was very hard and uncomfortable and the comforter was not clean.

There were 3couples of us that were there on the trip everyone booked balcony rooms only on couple got the balcony that was very upsetting
