Would've liked to have known before we arrived about the extra activities available like the s'mores at the fire pit.

The location was wonderful. The building appears to be fairly new. The grounds were well maintained. Many amenities available for guest.

The staff was not very friendly this time, one waitress was very rude,it wasn't what she said but how , and when I spoke up to other waitress for her to explain ,she was nice, but the rude one came back and continued to be rude

The room floors were not very clean.

The property is very centrally located and the amenities were nice. The pool was nice, the beach was a short walk, and the lobby and bar area were very nice! I liked that the hotel offers bikes to ride the many trails around the island. The room was spacious and very nice but I did not realize that island view meant the parking lot. The hotel charges a $20 per night fee but you get a credit to use at the hotel market or Starbucks so it evens out. The hotel was pet friendly but our room did not smell like dogs at all. I would’ve liked for the room floors to have been a little cleaner but other than that I would definitely stay here again.

The only issue I had was the lighting. The outdoor areas have very dim lights especially walking going to the pet area at night.

Great location and it had a great pet area for my dog. The food service was also good and the room was very clean and comfortable.

Only one working elevator during my stay (four floor hotel). In the hotel, the food both at Starbucks (they cook breakfast) and the restaurant were disappointingly average.

The flying bugs by the pool. They became a nuisance while trying to relax and enjoy the beautiful weather.

The breakfast choices were nice and our orders were correct and delicious. The breakfast staff, especially Christy, were friendly and attentive. They made our mornings that much better!

The price was a little pricey. Breakfast we would not choose to do again there because we were both still hungry after we ate and spent too much on that little bit of food. Dinner was good.

Room service was every 4th day. I didn’t mind not having linens changed or room cleaned, however it would have been nice to have the trash picked up and clean towels daily. One towel per person for 4 days isn’t reasonable.

I booked a handicap room but upon entering the room I discovered that it wasn't and had to change rooms. I also didn't like that their handicap chair lift at the pool and jacuzzi wasn't working and no one knew how to fix the issue during our stay. I didn't like that they didn't have any handicap toilet covers to assist with lifting up and down on the lower position toilets.

I loved the location and availability to the beach. The staff was courteous and kind especially due to my mother having physical disabilities and being in a wheelchair.

Very welcoming staff! Clean and modern. Easy access to the pool and beach! Starbucks and restaurant on site. Bar. Very nice sized room/ 2 Queen beds with a great oceanfront and pool view. Highly recommend!

Restaurant open longer. It closed at 9 pm. Starbucks to stay open longer. Shuttle service did not come for over an hour and half. I had to make 4 calls to the front desk.

Starbucks on-site though closed at 11am.
