Our room was not clean. Hair everywhere. We had to clean the bathroom before we could use it. A huge stain on the bathroom wall creeped me out every time I went in. We had to turn the faucet really hard to stop it from leaking and the water pressure was affected by this because water came out of the shower head & tub faucet at the same time when taking a shower. When we pulled put the sofa bed there was lots of trash under it. The whirlpool was not available. Next time I will definitely take pictures if the experience is good or bad.

The sleeper sofa in the room was filthy. Stains all over it. My daughter and I refused to even sit on it, let alone, sleep on it. I didn’t know that we had to request for housekeeping everyday, I thought that that was just a given like every other hotel that I have stayed in. We didn’t use the pool or hot tub. Both were cloudy. I’m guessing some type of chemical imbalance. I used the fitness center once. In the morning and there were 0 towels and 0 disinfectant wipes or spray. Very unsanitary. I asked the front desk for spray or something to wipe the equipment down and she said that she would have someone come in to clean them. Huh??? The bathroom didn’t have a vent to turn on when the shower got all hot and steamy, so there was mold growing in the corners of the ceiling. There was a vent but no switch to turn it on. The toilet paper holder was falling out of the wall. There was also a $50 per night hold put on your credit card for any incidents that may happen. Nothing about that was mentioned when I originally booked. I in turn got that back but that would have been nice to know. Also…the Starbucks that we went to in the hotel offers Iced coffee and almond milk. When asked for either one of those, the almond milk was expired and the iced coffee machine was out of ice or something along those lines. Not sure.

The staff was really friendly. We are from NY so we don’t hear “stay safe out there” or “have a blessed day” like ever. We heard that every time we left the facility. The beds were comfy and the water pressure in the shower was great.

I am used to breakfast being included. Also, there is usually water available, and it wasn't. My refrigerator didn't work. I turned it on and it went off, so my fruit went bad.

Rooms are old and kinda smelly for the price. Older beat up furniture and small TV. No breakfast. Bar doesn’t have much selection.

Privacy not respected. House keeping always listening at your door. What is wrong with that picture

It was good. No bar soap for washing hands. It was suppose to be ready by check in time. Then they said I had no reservation when I booked online. It was just one issue after another. I don't think I will ever stay at a motel again because your privacy is not respected at all

I didn't like that they are short on some resources (i.e towels, toilet paper, etc...) or that room service does not check on you everyday to make sure you have what you need. When I go stay at a hotel/motel, it's gonna be for at least 2 days. Contrary to popular belief, we don't use towels or washcloths more than once and would prefer to have a fresh one everyday.

I liked that they have balconies. I am big about having outdoor spaces where I go. My husband and I are from the country, and if we just want to relax with some fresh air coming into our room, that's what we do, and that is what we like. I liked that the location was quiet and not bustling. It was a very comfortable stay.

The whole occasion was bad true to book room online and the clerk said she couldn't see anything for a reservation. Clerk was very rude and treated me and my companion poorly Jll

the room we had cut a lot of corners. our air system did not work to the temperature well. our shower heads were not good, the shower itself was poorly designed (no shelving and the curtain was too small, water would flow out of the shower). the staff did not know what they were talking about at times. at check-in the guy up front tried to charge me $600 for the room, which i had already paid for (and told him that i already paid for it) multiple times. he also told us breakfast ended at the wrong time. then we went down for breakfast at the correct time and somehow they didn't have a cook?? so there was no breakfast. we had a jacuzzi in our room, which did not work well. the room is also portrayed to be bigger and brighter in the pictures than it is in person. the wifi was not great either.

1. The parking lot had a dumpster full of garbage and 6 mattresses piled up. 2. Toilet leaked, lights didn’t work, phone didn’t work, and the room smelled. 3. Maid service never came during our three night stay. We needed to go to the front desk three times to request towels, toilet paper and tissues 4. The property appeared to be under staffed. 5. No complementary coffee or breakfast.

The bed was comfortable.

The pullout bed had trash in it. We found a wig pin in the bed. The room felt dirty. The carpet was sticky. It was definitely NOT Marriott quality. Very disappointing.
