The price for the room doesn't match the quality of the room. The lobby and hallway look better than the room. Old furniture and spots on the love seat.

It was hard to get the room cleaned during our 10 Day stay. We had to report the lack of maid service several times To the front desk during our stay.

The pool was not clean and was not cleaned the duration of my stay! The bistro was not opened when they were suppose to be for dinner! The key lock on room door was broken! There was hair all in the bathroom and on bed!

There were no wash cloths in the rooms, staff stated they were locked up and they couldn’t get to them so, the night we checked in we had to take showers with hand towels. The second night there other guest were very loud in the hallway. A lady in the room next to mine I could hear hear while conversation. There was a lot of running and playing in the hallways. Staff didn’t really seem to care. The last night there I had to ask for clean towels and wash cloths. the lady at the desk told me that you don’t get daily cleaning although I was there for 3 days. And had to ask for clean linen each time. I thought was odd… but overall I will definitely pick a better place to stay. Safety wasn’t an issue at all.

One of the packages, from Amazon, which was marked as delivered to the hotel before my arrival, was nowhere to be found. Staff looked everywhere and said it wasn't there. Additionally, the hotel was having serious staffing issues, so we did not get our room made during our 5 day stay. The AC in the lobby area was down so they had huge fans but still hot. And the AC in the room was reset to 75 during the day while we were away, so we'd come back every evening to a hot and stuffy room.

The room size was perfect, true to picture on booking website. Staff was incredibly helpful and courteous and hospitable. They exceeded our expectations. I called before making the reservation to make sure they could receive and hold a few packages for me. They did and the packages were in my room when I checked in.

they put an out of order sign on the front door so they guests had to enter through side door to keep the cold air from getting the receptionists. I was charged $15 for a microwave that didn’t show up on my bill. Then when I got home an additional $10 was taken that is Not on my receipt or in the computer.

The bed had a pillow top which was very uncomfortable and bad for the back. The whole floor reeked of marijuana on Fri and Sat and Sun morning. I informed staff but they didn't seem very concerned at all.

The hotel lobby was extremely warm and uncomfortable, the a/c was not working in the lobby. The Front desk associate informed us that the hotel was at full occupancy, so bedding and towels were limited. We received inadequate bedding for the sleeper sofa. The a/c in the room was operational but required frequent adjustments, and provided inadequate cooling during the sleeping hours, when no one was awake to continuously adjust the thermostat. The Frontdesk associates were friendly and apologetic, but not able to assist with some of the woes.

The hotel and our room were clean, and TV control via my personal phone device was an option. Parking was sufficient and the location worked for the purposes of our visit. And as previously stated, the Hotel staff was friendly, but also visibly frustrated.

We thought the restaurant was open which was one reason for choosing this hotel. It is not open and that was not clear from the booking information. We are Covid wary and wanted to order room service--not available. Breakfast is not included and there are virtually no healthy options on the limited menu.

The room was nicely furnished and clean with updated decor.
