My room was surprisingly spacious and the airport shuttle was super easy, free and regular. I only ate dinner at the hotel but that was yummy and there is a mini supermarket in the lobby.

Electrical issues with room, reported to desk. Both sides of the bed had non functioning outlets. When using a breather, it is critical to have working outlets. Instead there were so many extension cords going by the bed, I personally felt it was a fire hazard. For the price I’m paying this should not exist.

Very convenient location, within walking distance from LAX. The room was spacious, quiet, and very clean. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The market and coffee shop were quite welcome.

That the property wasn’t actually on Century Blvd. I had to circle a couple times to find it.

Clean, location was convenient, security was simple but effective for the hotel. Service was great.

My problem was the fact there wasnt much for food service. There was this small bistro and not really a restaurant like it appeared in the description. There was one person working behind the bar. Second, and most important, the airport location is important for that early morning flight but they just provide coffee , and no cappucinos or specialty drinks. And there is no where near to get a starbucks or other specialty drink other than basic coffee. Lastly,when we arrived at airport, we stood at shuttle stop along with many others waiting for the shuttle for more than a half hour. We were calling trying to find out when the shuttle would arrive. All the other shuttle buses kept coming around multiple times, except ours which was very frustrating.

Rooms were spacious and comfortable. The were clean and beds comfortable. The airport location is great for the early morning flight and great that they provide shuttle pretty regularly.

Shuttle service is really bad. It is contracted out to a third party and doesn’t run on any particular schedule. We just missed one and then waited 30 minutes for the next one.

There wasn't really anything that I didn't like.

The hotel shuttle, the service in the lobby and the available items at the hotel store. Also, the fact that the guest area was only accessible by guests using their room keys to electronically open a door.

We love staying here whenever we fly in and out of Los Angeles Airport. We like the free shuttle bus, the fact that we can check our bags in early, the size of our room, and how friendly the staff is. On on one of our trips, the hotel stored my husband’s golf clubs for a few days. We also like the proximity of the 10 minute walk to In & Out Burger and the park to sit and watch the planes!

The electrical points were old and so I could not get my hairdryer to work properly. The shower head was not flexible and only faced one direction.

The hotel was really close to the airport and it provides shuttle service between the airport and hotel. The room was very spacious and comes with a sofa. Bed was comfortable enough. The bistro bar serves nice food and it was quiet enough to chill for an evening if you don't wish to venture out.

Staff members were not welcoming. They only spoke if you spoke to them. They were nice once I started the conversation. But they seemed standoffish and not very welcoming at first. And the parking fee is a lot with the price of the hotel. I think parking should be free or cheaper. Also the refrigerator did not stay cold in the room.

The property was beautiful inside very spacious and comfortable room. Good location.
