That the price is high. The grill and other places are closed on Saturday and Sunday. Starbucks was closed Saturday afternoon. Actually the parking on site is not, in app. It said the cost was $12 and it was $18.

I liked that it is within walking distance to the BOK.

Staff messed up the charges(alt payment method was requested upon checkin, was not honored), was not communicative about additional charges, and was unable to fix their mistakes - blamed Booking.com. To this moment the charges are not correct, and we checked out two days ago.

The room we were in I could hear the hotel elevators running all night. The TV only had like 30 channels which we only found 2 we continued to watch. The lighting in the room wasn't the best either.

The staff was friendly. The rooms were clean, the beds nice and soft. The hotel was in the middle of everything so it was very quick to get to places.

Unfortunately, downtown Tulsa is really sad. A ton of closed businesses and an obvious drug problem in the area.

The hotel was actually really nice and the staff was very helpful and friendly. We didn't get to enjoy the breakfast, most likely due to the ongoing pandemic, but the morning Starbucks was literally the best we've ever had and the awesome barista was above and beyond! She made her delicious coffee with love!

There was no real onsite breakfast - some small items from Starbucks that were super expensive - so not a great breakfast option. But the cafe downstairs was excellent - but it didn't open until 8am so I could only eat there once.

The bed was super comfortable, you could totally adjust the temperature of the room and it actually worked, so between those two things, I slept very well. (Oh, and it was really quiet.) It was a nice-sized room, the parking was pretty easy and it was convenient to the places I needed to go. And even though the shower took a little while to get warm, there was a friendly notice to tell you what to do so it wasn't an issue - really appreciated that!

Nothing inside the hotel was open. Not the bar, not the restaurant, and we had to wait for someone to come out and greet us at the front desk.

We came to this property because of location to BOK as well as the breakfast. The concert was canceled/ we couldn’t cancel the room without penalty so we still came. Got up for breakfast (that WAS included with the price ) to find the ‘chef) is off on weekends and we would have to PAY for a breakfast sandwich! Shameful

Hard to park, and the charge is $16!! To park my piece of poo car at the hotel I’m already staying at ?? please make it free to ALREADY paying customers. Times are tough. But I like the hotel and every single worker there !
