The studio had a little bit of a urine smell, possibly from the work area outside. The work going on in the courtyard was a bit annoying although understandable that it needs to get done sometime. Just surprised it is happening in the high season.

The pool courtyard, the loggia area, and the mezzanine were very cool and unusual.

All the ongoing building work which at times was noisy and unfortunately spoilt the feel for the place and the pool area. Front entrance lobby very shabby. The fridge in studio was very noisy when trying to sleep and there was quite often a lot of movement noise from the accommodation above during the night.

Close to beach, nice restaurants, good laundry room. Very good valet parking service for car and a bonus being complimentary. Staff on front desk very helpful and friendly. The beach towels, chairs etc were a nice touch. Good air con.

The bed was very uncomfortable and the sheets were not the best. The wallpaper was coming off.

It was a great location. The common area patio was wonderful along with the courtyard landscaping and pool. They had beach chairs for us to use. Nice big closet.

front desk guy was awful. hotel musty and smells of mildew. was locked out of my room and there was no spare key. luckily the owners got a spare key to the hotel.

There was nothing not to like. everything I could possibly need was there, and there was someone at the front desk 24/7, and check in and check out was extremely easy.

The property was central and close to many terrific restaurants, markets, beach, And had many other amenities like the pool as well. The apartment had a parking pass for the town, which was two very short blocks away and there was plenty of parking always. Anca and Villy provided everything that one would need for their stay. Toiletries, Kerug machine with coffee pods, bath towels and beach towels, beach chairs, and an iron and ironing board which came in handy to iron my suit!! Everything I needed was there… perfect!!

the bed was so uncomfortable and creaked with each move. there was no extra toilet paper. the ceiling fan creaked when on more than level 1.

to be honest: NOTHING! everything was perfect

love everything about it: - free parking very close by - sparlling clean - towels and sheets smelled so good - they left water and coffee machine with a few options for coffee - 3 min walk to the beach - beach towels, chairs, sunscreens, umbrella was there for us to use - there was a book with menus and restaurants options for us to ordered if needed - there is also a little market right at the corner of the condominium - many more reasons I can put here, but dont want a long review. I will definitely stay there when I go back to Palm Beach! thank you!!

The facility was okay - one day it lost power and two days later the water was turned off. Other than the inconvenience caused by the utilities, it was a nice, friendly facility.

An eclectic group of people were living or visiting the hotel/condo. The swimming pool was very nice. The room was pleasant and perfect for one person.

Loved it all !

Everything was amazing! Very clean and the host had everything you need. The beach chairs were amazing to have and we didn’t even need our beach towels we brought. The host even left water in fridge and coffee to use! Highly recommend !
