I was locked out of my room twice due to the keys deactivated themselves. The pool was in maintenance the whole time.

Although the rooms are absolutely beautiful in the hotel itself is so superb. There is a lack of some areas with the cleaning. Our room was filled with lots of dust.

I really like staff because the guest service desk was wonderful and desirably wanted to meet our expectations and give us the best accommodations

The amenities pool/ spa unavailable. Would have been nice if that information was available before booking. We were dropped of by an Uber and could not get another for quite awhile .

The pool and spa were not available which was the only reason we chose crowneplaza. The staff however were excellent. If we weren't going especially to celebrate my fiance's birthday and the main reason for the hotel choice being the pool and spa we would have stayed the lobby was beautiful and the woman at the register desk was wonderful

The fact that I had to change room six times because of no AC. The pool was closed due to a crack not listed on their website or on here. Breakfast was not included like it was supposed to be.

The first room that I was checked into was dirty. Like, really dirty. They switched my room. The second room I was checked into had faulty lighting. One lamp couldn't be turned off and it flashed non-stop. The maintenance man didn't know how to take the light out, so he unplugged it and left. The website said there was a pool and hot tub... but they were drained and unusable. (I would have booked elsewhere...) The icing on the cake was when we decided to get a few drinks at the bar... The man tending bar was high as a kite on Adderall (his words)and couldn't make drinks correctly. A simple 'rum and Coke' and he over poured the alcohol and put a tiny splash of Sprite in the glass. Then when I ordered an 'old fashioned' he said he would smoke the drink for me. I said I didn't like smoked drinks and he wouldn't accept no for an answer. My wife ordered a "coffee" drink and asked for no crushed coffee beans, but he again insisted. We spent $72 on drinks and none were made correctly, or at least the way we requested. Breakfast was OK, accept they wouldn't refill the milk and after grabbing 2 danishes, the lady informed me that all food was to be eaten there, not taken with me... I was so insulted that we just left.

The bed and pillows were comfortable. That's about it.

arrived at 9:30 pm to find 13 people in front of us at check in. The hotel did not have working television or pool. Our room was 80 degrees upon arrival and never reached a comfortable temperature during our stay

There was no cable, and the pool was closed down. It would've been nice to know these things before I booked the room. We would've stayed somewhere else. I got a whole $10 discount. I went to 3 different floors trying to get ice for a cooler. None of the ice machines on those floors were working. At a little before 8am, there was a light knock on the door. Before I could get out of bed to answer, the cleaning lady just opened the door and comes in. p

There were several drops of blood, used bandaids and clumps of what appeared to be human hair all around the pool area. The water was murky and just plain dirty. The shower in the room was dirty and needs some repairs.

The property advertises two restaurants on site. Come to find out, one isn’t even open anymore and the other is just a lounge with a very limited menu and is staffed with just a bartender. They have a lovely roof top terrace but it’s not always available.

Room wasn’t the best, supposed to be a non smoking room… wasn’t!! The bathroom sink didn’t drain, ceiling paint peeling off, hanging…. Second floor bathrooms were dirty….. toilet paper all over floor…. bugs on floor, smelled awful! Not quite the stay I had anticipated!!

At this particular stay my husband and I were there to celebrate our anniversary. From 9:30pm-2am there were kids, teens AND adults running up and down our hallways screaming and slamming doors shut. Complaints were made but that was about a joke. Security came up and told then they got a complaint but joked around with them and they were right back doing it again a few minutes after they left. It was absolutely ridiculous. Made our stay horrible because there was no relaxing with all the chaos. When we woke the next day our hallway was covered in candy and trash.

I have stayed here a few times before and have always had a great stay, the rooftop is beautiful.

The room was nice but it was a little dusty as it may have not been used in a while. Nothing to really complain about because I would stay there again.

The toilet did not flush properly so someone had to come in and fix it right after we got in the room. The room was dirty. The ice machine was out of order on our floor and no one seemed to be interested in helping us to remedy the problem. In a hotel such as the Crown Plaza, I expected much better conditions. It’s highly unlikely that we will return. The only bright spot was that the manager discounted the price of the room for us.

The lady who checked me in, never made eye contact with me. The first room we were put in, the AC didn’t work so we moved to another room. The AC didn’t work in the other room either but it was midnight and my kids were crying needed to go to sleep so we were just hot. The entire toilet was about to completely tip over. It was loose and wobbly when you sat on it and the TV didn’t work. For the cost of the room I would expect much better than that.

The location was fine and the gentleman who helped us switch rooms was great.
