I haven’t had any type of vacation in 2.5 years, and the neighbors above and to each side were just so loud and rude. One group was so drunk they were trying to get into my room. To the other side of me, I could hear their tv going all night. And somebody tried to enter my room at 5:30am which really scared me. The neighbors above were the worst the last two nights… running around and stomping until midnight. Truly such a bummer.

I was so happy and at peace in this space… exactly what I needed. Incredible location and view. That’s why extended my stay two extra days.

There's water droplets collecting on the bathroom ceiling that dropped when I showered or used the toilet. Not sure you are aware of this

The bed was rather hard and the couch was nice but we wished we had chairs to recline in.

We liked the bathroom, and the living space was good. The view of the ocean was awesome!!

Water heater broke down [cold showers]. 2 dinner chairs wobbly. I fixed 1, but the other is out of service.

The fry pan was left greasy and a few bowls needed to be washed. I had to go to the front desk to get dish soap and a sponge. Prior to my arrival, I texted the desk to ask for a 1 hr later check out, was told I would have to book and pay for another night to do that. Very cheap toilet paper and paper towels, have to buy my own after using the 1-1/2 rolls supplied.

Neighbors upstairs were noisy until 2 am one night. Toilet stuck so it ran until we fifured it out. Otherwise, the room wasvery inciting and comfortable. I would glaky stay agin! Thank you

the floor in the unit was not as clean as it should be and the shower head was a miserable dribble.

the location can't be beat, and super easy access to the beach. the unit had all the basic amenities and pretty good kitted out kitchen.

The shower needs to be addressed. It also leaked and my boyfriend fixed it. No d v d player. We wanted to do a little baking while we were there and there wasn't any baking pans so we went and bought some.

Location and size of condo

Constuction happening at one end of complex. Made for a parking crunch. The parking in front of the rooms was too tight to practically use. No one did. Also, several mornings there was work being done on pool area, limited the use of pool and hot tub. Finally, no real space to put clothes. Closet worked for hanging clothes, but folding clothes had to fit into two night stands.

Very close to the beach. Central location.

The front desk wasn’t very friendly. We stayed 3 nights and needed towels the 3rd night. They didn’t have any clean until 5pm. They also ran out of towels at the pool multiple times. Seems they need to keep up on laundry a little better.

Fridge ran during the night made it sound like someone was trying to get in the door with keys. Also parking is kinda slim pickings. If you get a spot when it’s full don’t leave, you may not find another one.

The view was good and the little deck was nice to have. Beach access was right there.

The bed and pillows. The floors above do create noise, that is to be expected, I guess.

The view was very nice. The bed was not very comfortable. The pillows were small, with no support. We did enjoy the view, location, and parking.

*The jacuzzi was closed after the first night. *Rooms while functional, are small and dated. *We had to buy a few items for the kitchen (a can opener, a knife to cut veggies, etc.) Definitely reccomend bringing oil, seasonings, and foil and/or cling wrap, in addition to your food for meals if you plan on cooking at all.

The view is unbeatable, reasonable rates, great kitchenette, and we really enjoyed having a pool & jacuzzi to warm up in!

the exterior of the building, especially ocean side, is not being well maintained. View from balcony back at building not a happy or safe looking site.

this location has been a family favorite. I greatly appreciated the well stock kitchen, it made it easy to cook in which I prefer on my own.
