Stayed right under the night club, every night could hear the chairs being moved around and the bass of the music til 2am.

The roof top party kept every one on the 6th floor awake all night. Didn’t mention that they charge $35 a day for parking your rental car at the hotel

Shower was terrible, barely dripped water out of the rain head, clean but not our favorite. Restaurant wasn’t open, parking was valet only and expensive for what it was. Clean, not the most comfortable bed or pillows.

The pillows were extremely uncomfortable. Too high and too firm. The noise from the rooftop bar can be annoying if trying to sleep.

It was beautifully decorated. The rooms and bathrooms clean and very chic. Entering the hotel you are immediately relaxed with a scent throughout like a high end hotel. Location is perfect for going to the Hard Rock Casino directly across the street. h and too firm and it can be very noisy from both the rooftop pool and bar and the Hard Rock hotel across the street.

Customer service was terrible except for Valet. No food or drinks available on property until the evening when restaurant on the roof opened.

Please consider adding a makeup mirror in the bathrooms. I think it would make many of your female guests, in particular, very happy. :)

The hotel is in a great location, new and very clean. The frontdesk was very helpful and kind and the staff were very polite and helpful. We will come back. I loved the shuttle service to Hardrock in particular.

Front desk can use a bigger space. It feels like a little convenience store not a nice hotel lobby. And it’s a nice hotel.

I’m a FL local. Went to see Dave Chappelle and didn’t want to spend $900 for a room at the hard rock. Dolce was a super pleasant experience. It was only a quick overnight stay but I highly recommend it. So pretty, clean and shuttle drives you to and from the hard rock across the street.

The restaurant on-site was not accommodating. It failed to open on time and after traveling for 5 hours in a torrential rainstorm, expecting an available on-site dining facility would have made it a perfect stay.

It was a new hotel. Everything was shiny and clean. Attractive marble floors to leather elevators.

I booked a room with a balcony.. rooms at the front of the building had nice balconys.. we got a room on the backside that had a sliding door that could open to the outside but just a rail, not a balcony.. theres a difference.. i should be reimbursed for the extra charge..

Nice and clean and brand new . Staff very nice ! Great location across the street from the Hard Rock! The 2 complaints are the $35 a night for parking and the shuttle was not operating to bring you back and forth to the Hard Rock.. Had to take a $10 Uber to go across the street .. you can walk it’s not far but you will sweat.

The truth is that I had a good time at the hotel, everything was very good until today, the 19th, since they are constantly charging me money and supposedly it is due to a payment error, I left a deposit of 100 dollars which they did not return and they charged me 208 dollars a moment ago they just charged me 35 dollars more, well, they are going to take all the money from me little by little, plus the parking that I paid at the door outside the reception to the lady who was attending to the parking and they want to follow me charging for the parking that happens to you are crazy or the only thing I hope is that you clarify your problems and return all the money that you overcharged me and not continue taking money from my card

G7 was great but the restaurant kinda makes the pool area was not welcoming.
