Lack of kitchen utensils, eg. 3 cups 3 spoons Only 4 cooking knives in wood block which 2 was chipped and rusty. All blunt No scissors in wood block Rusty toaster. Rusty blender Chopping board flimsy twisted and bent. With a melted hole in centre making it useless. This all made it difficult to prepare food.. In a self catering villa if you are intending to cook. There is a inventory items of what should be in the villa But lots of things are not there , I pointed this out to a staff member so we did not get any charges for things missing. Would be helpful if the staff checked the inventory And put the items in place to make it up to date so All the items on the inventory are there.

Beautiful villa and very spacious . Villa was massive and very clean. Fantastic mezamine bedroom. Beach area was small but beautiful Staff friendly and helpful. Would definitely go back and recommend if Small details are sorted.

We could’ve used an extra blanket for the Murphy bed but we were ok without it. We brought our own blankets for the kids.

We didn’t have breakfast. The villas were amazing! There was a pool that seemed like a private pool for us. There was a beach, lounge chairs, umbrellas and kayaks. It was perfect. My only regret was that we didn’t stay longer.

I really did not like the machine that filled the space with synthetic fragrance. I had to unplug it. I would recommend asking guests about this as some people are really sensitive to these smells.

Communication is poor. No response to my numerous messages about our late check in time. The rate is pretty expensive.

The location, the number of bedrooms, spacious kitchen, the beach area, the pool- everything was wonderful!

Bathroom needed more storage for the size. Shower head was not very good, shower door didn’t close, Ice maker was full of mold. Found hair in the beds.

The ice maker’s ice tasted like cleaner and so did the coffee maker. There wasn’t any dirt or anything, it just didn’t get rinsed off or anything. The only two things though

The property is beautiful, they have 2 pools and fun amenities like kayaks and paddle boards for free. The room is absolutely stunning and large and the staff were all amazing!! I am recommending this property but the large houses for my next family vacation/ reunion!

It was very quiet and comfortable despite unusually hot August weather. Front desk was very responsive and quick to address our requests. Pool was clean, the entire property and our one bedroom villa was well maintained.

Super spacious, very clean. We had the whole building bc we booked both the villa and the room next to it. It has everything we need including a well-functioning kitchen and washer & dryer. The beach was clean, kayak was fun!! Overall super great experience. All of my family were happy about this place! Plus!! Don’t forget the 20% discount on the dolphin programs next door for hotel guests.
