Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United StatesOverall the hotel was good, I don't have too many complaints. The layout of the hotel was a little weird. There wasn't a sign for the stairs and we eventually found that they were located in the hallway where the pool entrance was which was a little random. We booked the hotel to be close to the concert we had at the Skyla credit union amphitheater, but I don't recommend it if you want to walk to that arena (the walk is 20+ minutes). The hotel room felt a bit outdated but that's not really that important lol. The price was a little much for a 2bed room, but that's just my opinion.
Location was great, it's around the Johnson & Wales University. Lots of student life so that means lot of coffee shops, food places, good little areas to sit around and get some work done if you're in town for business, etc. It was pretty walkable around that area as well. The parking garage is connected to the hotel so I liked that. Check-in was smooth, the staff was very nice and friendly the whole trip. We didn't eat breakfast or dinner there so I have no opinion on that.

United StatesOnly complaint I have was there was two roaches in the bathroom during my stay. And a $20 per night parking fee which wasn't too bad I guess.
It was great. It was close to downtown which has great bars and restaurants it was a quick 5-10 min. walk to Bank of America Stadium!

It was very convenient as we were there to tour JWU and it is right on the campus and we didn’t need to drive anywhere. The staff was incredibly nice and helpful and the free snacks were great. The hotel was clean and comfortable.
