We thought there was a hot tub. They were doing some work on the hotel inside so it could be a little noisy at times. I would of liked more eating options in the hotel or a nicer restaurant inside.

The pool was very nice. I would of loved a hot tub but other than that a great stay! A very clean room. We loved the big bathroom! Staff was extremely helpful and friendly! The cookies at check in was a nice touch!

What I didn't like was I wasn't able to stay there for a few more days. Overall it was a great experience. Would recommend to another person. Lighting in the rooms can be a lot better FYI.

I liked the scenic view of the church with hills in its background. I loved how close the stores were to the resort.

The frog slide was down, which may not seem like a big deal but our Autistic 3 year old LOVES it and a reason we come there. So he was very disappointed, that he could see it, but not allowed on it. They had it caution taped off.

We always come here! Our kids love it. We come for the kids water area.

I did not eat any of the food because I just used the hotel for sleeping. I was in town for a family reunion and spent most of the time with them.

The rooms were neat and tidy. Staff had excellent customer service. Woman whom checked me in even made me laugh! Clean pool and on duty staff was visible.

Not enough attention checking in - didn't know where pool, gym were, etc. Breakfast not very good. Great to have a refrigerator but without a microwave it cannot be used effectively especially since there is no room service. TV in sitting room was not working well perhaps batteries are low. Too many mirrors everywhere. Overcharged our bill - not what booking.com advised us it would be.

Room was very nice - loved the suite! Bed was comfy and room temperature perfect. Staff friendly. Environment quiet and clean. More than enough lighting. Bathroom well stocked and shower size a plus.

Its really surprising that they dont have microwave in the room. When they have refrigerator, its kind of default to have a microwave. So the alternate way to heat your food id, go to lobby and there will be sweet shop adjacent to lobby where you can heat your food if needed.Felt really hard to manage foods because of this!!

The overall property is really awesome. A very calm and quiet place. Facillities are good. Perfect place for a quiet calm vacation. Indoor swimming pool is awesome. Dont forget to get the choclate cookies at Lobby at thr time.of check in. Its rich in taste. The godd part is the cookies will.be warm whenever you get from them. Ask for your cookies anytime at the lobby during the entire stay.

There was no microwave in the room and there were no complimentary breakfast options, and coffee was only available in the morning.

The staff was friendly and accommodating. From front desk to restaurant staff to house keeping everyone went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect.

I was very disappointed that the Jacuzzi is no longer available and it was filled in with cement. I've been staying at this hotel for 8yrs and I've always looked forward to enjoying the hot tub. But this was my first stay I couldn't

I loved the view from my room, the beds were super comfortable. The kids really enjoyed the pools both small & big pool. Breakfast buffet was delicious and staff were pleasant.

The price for 2 rooms for 2 nights cost over $800. The breakfast was $14 a person and we are a family if 8, so this isn't very affordable. I asked for connecting rooms at the time of booking and was not accommodated. Also, the free chocolate chip cookies contain walnuts. My daughter began eating one, not knowing about the walnuts, and had an allergic reaction. I have never heard of walnuts being in chocolate chip cookies. Get rid of the walnuts! A couple bites of one cookie almost meant a trip to the hospital for us!

Location was centrally located. Pool was great.

Only one towel hook in bathroom. Space going into bathroom very narrow and close to closet. Difficult to navigate in dark during the middle of the night. No microwave. A K-Cup machine in room would be great in case you want a fresh hot cup of your own coffee first thing in the a.m.

Pretty building. Up to date rooms. The cookies. The pool. Friendly staff. Restaurant was nice ( great view), friendly wait staff and good breakfast selection.
