The rooms are a bit outdated and there are not many facilities.

The location of the hotel is perfect and when you have a room on the groundfloor you can easily walk on the lawn.

We had the perfect room overlooking the canyon and we could hear the Virgin River flowing. The room was comfortable and clean.

There were several stains on the carpet. The restaurant in the hotel was excellent but unfortunately was only open Wed-Sat. Otherwise, there wasn't much to dislike.

Location to the park/ downtown Springdale UT was excellent and there was a great view from our room. The staff was very friendlt and accommodating when we needed an iron. The bathrooms were also very clean, and the fridge/ microwave in the room was appreciated.

Beautiful grounds. Patio had views of Zion across a nice lawn. Shuttle to Zion stop right in front of hotel. You cannot drive into most of the park for April on so the shuttle is required.

Great location for Zion. They have great value breakfast vouchers for Oscar's which is probably the best restaurants in Springdale. Staff was helpful with anything we needed. Rooms are fairly basic but have everything you need and are super clean. Shuttle bus is across the street. Overall this is a prefect spot from which to explore Zion.

The Driftwood Lodge is a beautiful property right on the Virgin River looking at Redrock mountains. The staff is wonderfully kind and helpful. The rooms are spacious and immaculately clean. I'll definitely be back!

Nothing to be done but floorplan is odd with wasted space. Bathroom sink is strangely separated from tub and toilet. Furnishing in TV room is minimal and just didn't seem to fit the space (either a small sofa and coffee table or a small eating table and chairs would make more sense). Exposed TV cords a bit off-putting for a $300 plus room. Balcony view is great but only when standing since the railing is about four feet high with a wide top rail that blocks the view when sitting (1st world problem but still a little disappointing-maybe taller chairs and table would fix).

the grounds and facilities were meticulously maintained. the pictures for this property do not do it justice IMO. Far more impressed with the service, cleanliness and overall value ; compared to ZION NP.

A little more dark roast coffee in our room, I’m a coffee hound lol. Not to be picky but there was anything to dislike.

Location was great with awesome views. We did not eat breakfast at the lodge, we were up early and out. The staff was very helpful and considerate. We arrived for a late check in and we were provided with a room key and instructions in a lock box, very nice!

Beds were not super comfy. Could use an upgrade.

Great location, friendly staff and a wonderfully spacious room. Quiet and just perfect for our family of three with a toddler. We only stayed two nights but wanted to stay longer. Love the voucher option for breakfast at a local restaurant and the hotel is right on the Virgin River! Great spot.
