There was people roaming around back side of hotel, definitely on something. I didn't see anyone address it, just felt uncomfortable with my kids being with us. Luckily a storm moved in and person left.

Room was a good size. Pool is indoor/outdoor so it can be cold depending on temps outside. Staff was nice. Kickback food was pretty decent you can't beat 3 $1drinks for their happy hour.

The price was a little much for the amenities. It could have been because of the time of year as there was a PGA event nearby.

The staff was amazing and very helpful. The rooms were clean and spacious. The pool area was descent. A little lackluster gym. The breakfast and happy hour did not disappoint!

I think the hotel needs more than just 2 king suites as the choices for walk/roll in showers with the seats in them. There are people who need that type of facilities, that need 2 queen beds in the room not just a king bed and a sofa bed. Also this location needs more seating available outside of the hotel for guests who like to walk around outside or maybe sit outside (NOT in the pool area.) There was 1 bench outside and it was by the hotel's AC and heat compressor units (so very noisy and hot air coming from the compressors.)

Breakfast choices were great. The beds were soft as usual, and the staff was wonderful too.

Our room was in the front of the building on the balcony looking over the main lobby and the dining area. The door to the room did not keep any of the noise out and we could hear guests in the lobby late into the night and then staff setting up breakfast far too early in the morning. Next time we’ll request a room further back in the building.

Facility was clean and updated. Rooms were spacious. Was surprised that they offered a free evening ‘snack’ that was actually a free dinner in addition to their breakfast. Completely worth the price for our two nights there! For those pet owners out there the facility is pet friendly…even the staff…and an area out back with bags and a trash can.

I can't say there was anything I didn't like. I was just sorry to have missed happy hour.

It was a very central location, breakfast was very good with lots of choices. Beds were comfortable and the room was very attractive. It was nice and quiet.

Main reason we booked this hotel was for the hot tub. Hot tub wasn't working. Water was too cold. One elevator was not working. Would like to have more vegetarian options at the 5:30 dinner/snack.

Staff and manager were friendly and responsive. Check in was quick and easy. Rooms were clean. Hotel was clean. Good variety at breakfast.

Loud people congregating in the lounge area at 11:30 pm watching sports and socializing. The smoke alarm in my room went off at 2:00 am. Had to call front desk to remove battery until maintenance could replace it.

Breakfast -I was also impressed with offering a meal in the afternoon and happy hour.

We were in KY for my daughter's doctor appointment at Jewish Hospital. The location was good. We enjoyed the breakfast. Our room was comfortable and very clean. The night service desk person was very helpful by offering directions to the hospital and helping us with managing drive time.

Fitness center was outdated, dumbbells only to 20 lbs, treadmills dragged on even a slow walk. Had issues with cards not working multiple times. Had to make 3-4 trips down from the 5th floor because I couldn’t get into room

Super easy on and off of the highway, close to lots of food ranging from fast food to decent sit down options.
