Although clean and comfortable, the hotel is showing its age. The breakfast wasn’t great.

Position was good, about 15 minutes walk to the Arch. Excellent parking as the hotel is the top 2 floors of a car park. Nice staff and good wifi.

The wait to get a room at check in time. And the keys stopped working so had to go back down to get new keys.

Loved the location. Hotel was beautiful! Loved the extra steps of security they had! Breakfast was great! Everything was fresh and the staffed stayed on top of refills. Pool is small but nice inside with a sun roof. The staff was amazing, friendly, kind, and fun!

Breakfast was standard, husband thought the waffle tasteless. Overall, it’s an older hotel that needs updating.

Fairly convenient location that comes with parking due to misunderstanding regarding rates. The architect was interesting and Gateway Arch within walking distance along with restaurants. It was clean and bed was comfortable.

Rooms were a bit outdated and mattresses weren’t super comfortable.

We loved the location to be able to walk around the downtown area and very close to the stadium! Complimentary drinks and snacks every night was a great surprise, also! Our kids enjoyed the pool every evening, and the complimentary breakfast was also good.

I was confused on how to enter building at check in.

It was clean and was nice having free breakfast and happy hour. Staff was very nice and covered parking was convenient. Good price as well

I liked how close the hotel is to the train and to attractions I wanted to visit like the City Museum, Arch, and the Blues Museum. I also thought the staff did an excellent job in responding to questions.

The toilet randomly would sound like it was filling with water.

Whats not to like?? The fact that it took us 10 minutes to walk from our room to our seats in the dome for a Battlehawks game was very impressive and convenient! Gail and the staff are top notch when it comes to friendly customer service!

If i had to pick something..... it would be breakfast didn't start until 7am.

The free breakfast was made cheap with plastic cutlery and plates. That's the difference between a 9 and an overall 10 for us.

The beds were divine, and the shower was perfect! The room was spacious. View as you expect in the middle of the city. The staff present was nice and helpful.

I would’ve loved the Coke machines to be on all day. Sometimes you just need a Diet Coke. Minor complaint- the popcorn was burnt.

The pool was fine, not great. But it was enough for my kids to play and enjoy.

The location was outstanding. The rooms were comfortable and the staff kind and accommodating. The breakfast was very good, and my whole family really enjoyed the happy hour with snacks and drinks.

This is picky - but the shower soaps could have felt more upscale. No name brand - kinda generic feeling.

I loved it was so close to the Dome as we were there for a cheer competition. Alanna was amazing!!!! She was so great and up beat. She made our check in and out a 10/10!

I only wish the hot tub was warmer. It felt like a warm bath for kids.

The location was great, the food was good, staff was very friendly, room was comfortable and clean. No complaints!
