How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

I would suggest one or two things to improve your hotel, better quality toilet paper and better lotion in the bathrooms. These are minor things that I noticed. Otherwise everything was great !
The location of the hotel is excellent to have easy walking distance to various places of interest. The hotel staff was very pleasant and helpful. Free reakfast and late afternoon food and drinks were excellent too. Even have entertainment in the evening hours.

Breakfast could change it up daily.
Location way great. Easy in & out of this property when traveling with an Uber or cab. Security was great with needing you room key for everything. If I had any questions the front desk was always there to help!

Close to the road system, and I’m guessing, a fire station as the sirens were constant 24hrs a day

The hotel is perfect. Breakfast and dinner included was a pleasant surprise. Pool/Jacuzzi facilities are excellent and the hotel is easy to navigate. This is a perfect location a few minutes walk from Broadway and we would not hesitate to return

Locks were being changed on the guest room doors while we were staying there. We came back in the middle of the afternoon and our room door was propped open but no one was actively watching our room to ensure no one went in and that our belongings were safe. The maintenance staff who were working to change the locks were 5 - 6 rooms down the hall. We were hesitant to leave again because we had no way to make sure our belongings were safe since they had already removed the handle/lock on our door.
The location of this property was perfect for Bridgestone Arena/Broadway. We came down for a concert at Bridgestone and wanted to be within a safe walking distance. The Drury Plaza was the most affordable option and it was insanely close to everything. We were able to walk to/from Bridgestone and Broadway at night and felt completely safe the whole time. The free breakfast was also way better than expected - it's a hot buffet, not just continental. The rooms were large, clean, and comfortable!

The hotel is very conviental for Broadway and the sports venues short walk to everything..I find the room to be clean and comfortable. The staff are all very nice and professional, interacted with Bleu Eves from the front desk, and dining area a few times along with Arlene and Lashaunda from the dining area, all 3 employees went out of there way to be kind and made our stay at the Drury even more enjoyable

Check in could of been a little more welcoming! we were greeted by a lady called Miracle, who was clearly going through the motions of checking us in and came across as rude. When we asked her for directions, she told us the wrong way, felt she could not be bothered to help/give advice. First impressions were not great.
Fab location, 5 mins walk to the downtown area. Quiet at night, with a really cozy bed that gave us a good nights sleep. We did not bother with the free drinks or food in the evening after the 1st night as it was busy and we were too busy having fun in Honky Tonk to pop back to the hotel!! Great breakfast with fresh cooked pancakes.
