It was a very large handicap room the heater didn't work in the bathroom and the heat from the main area didn't heat it.

The staff were very nice. The room clean. However it had a storage area door connected to it which was under a stairwell (dark and spooky) it didn't have a lock on it. I could see someone tried to put a screw in to hold it shut, but it should've had a proper frame and secure lock on it.

The bathroom tub did not drain very good and next to the bathtub the wall needed repair by the door. Room 106.

They do not have a breakfast and there was no coffee in the room. The most bizarre bathroom mirror, the bathroom exhaust fan is actually in the mirror exactly where you are looking to see yourself.

It is rundown- Wyndham needs to donate some more money for upgrades for the grounds- redo the bathrooms- so small!

Location in Klamath Falls for trip home stay overnight. Staff were very nice!

Seemed to be alot of homeless crackheads wandering around and in the area. Didn't feel safe leaving my motorcycle out fear it would be messed with. Talking to some people they said they have cleaned up the area so maybe next visit will be better

When the room upstairs either flushed the toilet or turn water/shower on it sounded like the pipes were going to explode thru the walls, both mornings @ 4 and 6 am. I was so mad on my day to leave I got up and was gone by 8 am instead of check out time of 11 am. Was quite disappointing. They need to fix that plumbing issue A.S.A.P.

There was no breakfast available and the location was a bit sketchy. The beautiful park across the road was scattered with homeless sleeping in the bushes. The Motel itself seems very old and in disrepair but was very clean inside. Our coffee pot was missing parts (probably stolen from previous guest) but the Clerk was very quick to trade it out with a new one.

The beds were very comfortable and clean yet did not smell like bleach. There is a beautiful park directly across the street with a very nice walking path. We arrived at 10:30 pm and the Clerk was very accommodating as our keys would not open the door and after several new keys tried, he came and opened it for us.

I asked if the tub/shower combo had safety bars. I was told it did, but it did not.

The location. The parking lot included some sketchy people. There was a large hair ball in the shower. And the constant dog barking didn't add for a good night's rest.

not very comfortable, building is run down & even though it’s pet friendly you have to walk across the road for anywhere to let your pet go to the bathroom

our upstairs neighbors were rude and loud.. we asked them to please quiet down at midnight each night but they just got louder. TVs are on the small size. our shower had a continuous leak

When we arrived the room that we got was not clean. The window sills had dead flies and bugs. The curtains, window and wall were covered with bugs. Flies were everywhere in the room. We were switched to another room that was just getting cleaned. The tub had hair and shower remains. I went to the office to let them know and they gave me the cleaner to clean it myself. There were bugs also, but not as many. The air conditioner did not cool down the side room. One of the beds, the one that my husband and I shared dipped in the middle, my husband called it the taco bed because we ended in the middle. The parking lot was not kept. There were dirty mattresses and other garbage sitting out there. There was no elevator, or at least we were not shown where it was at. Parking was a hassle also. I thought that because it was called Travelodge by Wyndham it was going to be a good place. I was so disappointed that I didn't even take photos of this place. We kept spraying off to keep the bugs from flying and landing on us.

The staff was polite. One lady specifically, the one that was cleaning the room. She was nice, and apologetic for the mishap with the first room.

The (carpeted) floor outside the bathroom was absolutely soaked and apparently left unnoticed by the cleaners so that it actually squished into my barefoot at the evening...

The layout is clunky and the bathroom opens directly into the room so it’s modern but the furniture is too large for the room.

I liked the parking and the location near downtown.
