The hotel was really clean, welcoming, quiet, and they had a wonderful breakfast. The staff was really nice and kind. You get 2 free drinks a night (alcohol or regular pop or juice). The beds were really soft and there was a lot of space inside the room.

I overall I always enjoy Embassy Hotels. I did not like the cost of parking. The hotel isn’t in a busy area. Parking should be free or reduced.

Omelettes by Mary or Maria. The are wonderful and the ladies in the breakfast are all helpful and friendly. The girl at the bar at 5:00, not so nice. Suites are great. Comfortable.

The room’s door knob seemed that they had glued it, but fell off again. The bed wasn’t very comfortable and the AC in the living room area where the sofa bed was the AC didn’t cool the room .. we stayed from Friday to Sunday and on Saturday evening I went to the bar to get my complimentary drink and it was 6:32pm and the lady at the bar would not help me . She said it was over .. so none of the days I stayed did I get a chance to get a complimentary drink ..

I enjoyed that the staff was very helpful, and friendly over all. The place was clean and well organized. In the morning the breakfast was excellent. Wide variety of foods including fruit . I will definitely stay here again ..

I didn’t enjoy the mattress it was extremely uncomfortable and hurt my back. It’s definitely time for a replacement.

I love the breakfast arrangement, pool was nice and clean, room was huge and spacious. The bathroom was very clean other than the hair I found in the shower. Staff was really nice and friendly.

The text communications added a personal touch make it very simple in case we needed something. The personnel that attended the breaksfast area were excellent in all aspects. The whole stay and experience was very enjoyable and relaxing.

The prices for a 20oz soda/juice is ridiculous but I know to bring my own refreshments next time. LoL My balcony did not come with chairs unlike my neighbors. I dealt with it.

I loved the separate spaces within the room. Having the balcony was an added bonus. the bed was high and comfortable. Comp breakfast was A1 too.

All staff was not supportive enough. When we asked for 2 extra water, they could ask to charge, which is understandable, but instead of she replied as "again? " on our first night. Also, it says room service on the qr code in the room, and we tried to figure it out but then learned that there is not.

The room was nice and comfortable. They checked on us with text each day. There is nice welcome reception that you should not miss for the first day.
