The only thing that I did not like that when I got off the elevator there was a guy in a chair sitting touching his private parts I was going with my little daughter that was very unpleasant I reported it to the hotel staff but I don't know what happened

No decaf coffee. The toilet needs to be upgraded to the higher version, all of our party had comments about this, difficulty for seniors to get up & down, nothing to hold onto. Have senior staff members try it out! 😖

No decaf coffee! Liked that there was a tray in our room for my husband to carry meal back so we could eat together at our table since I wasn't ready to go to the dining room.

Love the park around the hotel. The view in the morning and evening is beautiful. They have plenty of restaurants around the hotel. And it was easy to schedule my Uber at 3am.

Everything the staff was exactly from the moment I checked in to the breakfast the pool the cleaning staff.

The room we got had ants in it, and there were no windows by the door. It made it feel confined in the living room. The restroom smelled like sewer for some reason.

Was pricey for the rooms were not over the top just normal hotel rooms. The pool was inside and not ventalated very well the overwhelming smell of chlorine was unbearable. Twin beds in room were very small.

We had multiple issues during our stay to include no bed linens in our room upon arrival, a broken tv, & terrible water pressure. After our first night's stay, we were expecting room service to come in while we were away for a majority of the day, but we returned to find that our door had been propped & left open from the maintenance men replacing our tv, trash overflowing from the night before, & all dirty towels still in our room. Unacceptable for the amount of money we paid for this stay.

The lobby had a nice gathering space & the location of the property was good.

Nothing bad at all. Cocktail hour was okay, a better rum, not spiced, would be nice. The room lighting was somewhat uneven and too bright. Try 4100k cool white LED bulbs.

Things that could use improvement: 1. It is clear that the rooms are older based on several factors. 2. The linen on the beds were not clean and were dated. They had hair from other guests. The blankets were thinned from repeated use/washing. Suspicious black "dots" all over sheets. 2. Alot of wear and tare and stains on the cabinets, baseboards and counters. 3. Overall room was dirty. For example light switches had caked up brown and dirt all around the switch portion. The faucets had alot of build up on the base of them. It was just clear that there is not alot of attention to detail when the room is cleaned after each guest. 4. The view for the price was not good. The shower/bathroom was not well kept. The tub was peeling. The shower curtain has mold and was dirty at the bottom. The complimentary soap hanging on the wall was dusty, grimmey and had green stuff coming from the lids. The shower curtain was on inside out. There was a ring of dirt in the tub. 3. The toilet had an issue with the tank refilling after each flush. It took about 20-30 mins to get ready for the next flush. 4. The ice machine was disgusting. There was a ton of black, foreign stuff that came out with the ice. 5. The cook at the egg station was kind of rude. 6. Alot of the dishes provided at breakfast were dirty. 7. The happy hour could use some work. We missed all of the available ones. Maybe it would be a good idea to offer two drink tickets that can be redeemed outside of happy hour hours to accommodate those who aren't at the hotel during 530-7pm. 8. The towels had hair intertwined in it. And weren't that clean. 9. Phones and remotes were dirty and barely worked. Overall I just do think the price aligns with what I recieved. This place could use alot of work. We avoided staying the room majority of the trip because it felt old and nasty.
