Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

United StatesThe bathroom door of our room was heavily damaged and did not close properly. But the room was exceptional.
The gentleman at the reception desk at check in, was extremely knowledgeable, polite, welcoming and exceptional in all facets. I would stay there again just to converse with this gentleman again. Unfortunately I did not catch his name as I was exhausted from driving, but he was tall and wore "round" glasses. He is an asset to your company and should be used to train others in his position at ALL of your facilities.

United StatesI do not at all of them elevators they are not well maintained they're very slow they really need to upgrade and they should not be charging $10 a night for parking when you're already paying $200 or more out of pocket per night plus our tax which is an additional 35 that I feel is a rip off to families who come there and really enjoy the hotel... And one more thing is the bathrooms are very small when you are a midsize person or person that is disabled or handicapped...
I love everything about this hotel the rooms are roomy and comfortable the beds are amazing the staff is very friendly and positive

United StatesThe pool's heater was broken, making it difficult to swim. A notice on the website was not provided. The breakfast was overcrowded with long waits for made to order; however, the ingredients were of good quality and prepared well. Elevators were incredibly slow and caused frustration for many guests as waits could top 20 minutes. Rooms are functional but worn, with delayed maintenance. Overall impression: the kind and attentive staff couldn't cover for the lack of luster for a Hilton brand property. As a frequent Hilton business traveler, I'm disappointed in the declining quality of a once luxury brand.
The manager's reception was nice and the suite style room accommodated our family of 5. Interactions with staff were all very positive and we stayed on Thanksgiving night.
