The rudeness of the staff!! The fact that the vanity sink in room #128 has a bad leak, been there for a bit because it’s smells molded and old. Lady in the afternoon shift if rude!! Couldn’t sleep 😴 due to the loud snoring coming from next door!!

No breakfast was service was told there wasn’t breakfast at this location. Location off of 80 . I only liked that they didn’t bother me the first day.

The giant puddle of water in the parking spaces.

This time the room was great. Very clean and in great shape. Accommodation were made for me and my children. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I made a mistake on my reservation and he fixed it.

The pool had been closed for some time. The first room they gave us was dirty. Homeless people living in the car in the parking lot. Office staff was rude. It was close to the wedding reception which we were in town for.

I specifically requested a room far away from the road. Instead, I got the room closest to the road. I again asked if there was a room further from the road. The answer was negative. Yet, at time of check in as well as the next morning, most of the rooms did not have cars associated with them, indicating that the occupancy rate was low.

Ordered jacuzzi room, waked in and jacuzzi was in living area. We where afraid to use due to the side panels being almost broken off. The TV didn't work, among other problems

There wasn't a room number on my door, the parking lot could use some work and the rooms just need help(renovated, remodel) something For the daily price they ask for the room doesn't meet standards

The fact that they still charged me for a no show when I showed

They had a ride front desk who I had to wait out in old for 20 min. Upon arriving.she stated my room want ready she was still leaning it,(it was 8,pm) mind you,I had not grabbed my I'd just my other forms of identity and debit card but was told she couldn't check me in,after I had just paid $20 for the ride there,and then she also informed me that their wifi wasn't working and had been out for a while.I explained to he that I had to get up at 5am for work,and would gladly bring I'd the following day,she rudly stated she couldn't do it.

Walking outside the property it looks like the property has been abandoned for years. The Air conditioning poured the condensates water into the room flooding the floor. The issue was reported and it was not fixed.

Room was lightly renovated. Great location near Highway.

Everything is OK until somebody a staff member or somebody tried to scam $100 out of with my debit card I will not stay there again I matter how cheap they are

It seemed after I checked out the next day I checked my online banking and noticed two transactions of $50 and plus the cost of the rental I am mediately called and talk to the manager and they said that the only charge was from the room however he said I had to call my bank I called my bank and they said I had to wait for the transfer actions to complete because they were on pending. The following Saturday I checked my bank and wow those two $50 transactions were gone so I’m thinking somebody tried to steal $100 from me and I caught it and called him on it I will not stay there again

They were still making their updates so there were materials and things everywhere. It looked ran down. Our bathroom ceiling was bulging. Bathroom floor was dirty. The bathroom was the worst part.

Unfortunately when I saw it I didn’t want to stay. The main room looked updated which was nice.

There were dead cockroaches in the bath tub and in the main part of the room felt like I had to wear shoes at all times.

got in from traveling late just for them to tell me my room was already taken so I left next day I get $55 taken out of my credit card even though I didn’t stay try to call the property. They kept giving me the runaround. I would be careful with this place and the people working The property

This place has roaches generally in maintained I ran away from this hotel definitely not a family atmosphere and booking .com still charged me for this room and I never completed my checkin worst I even told booking .com this had the site get me a different hotel and I can't get my money back on the economy lodge
