Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

GermanyWay too cold indoors, nudge it up a few degrees, so we all feel that tropical Miami vibe, and save cash and energy is my take. Strangely outdated rules on high heels for ladies and shoes for gents, I get that you wanna be sophisticated in the evening in parts of the bar/entertainment area - but there are better ways in 2024, than this.
Top notch with all the bells and whistles of great hospitality - The hang out time at the pool and beach, amazing food (must try the Japanese folks!), beautiful art and interior.

I liked everything!!! The hotel is wonderful , very cozy and clean , wonderful location, wonderful view and all employees are friendly and very polite. The food is delicious and all plate a presentations is beautiful. The Faena hotel have theater and the show is fantastic. Faena Hotel is my number 1 hotel in Florida !

United KingdomWiFi was very poor in places and whilst the staff gave us a second sign in, this was the poorest wifi I’ve had in a premium hotel in over 8 years. The afternoon live music was immediately directly beneath our balcony and whilst at ground level it sounded great, once distorted by the buildings by the time it got to our floor it was amplified and distorted enough to drive us indoors. The no-shorts dress code for the main bar in the evening was ridiculous and made us not spend our money there.
Location was right on the beach but a little further North than we anticipated meaning either a longish walk or bus/ taxi ride to the more vibrant South Beach. Interior design was lovely. Staff were incredibly helpful and charming. Suite was gorgeous.
