Needs refurbishing since it’s an older property. Neighborhood is not as nice as the hotels near the conference center. The breakfast was just okay (no breakfast meat offered).

Checks all the boxes if you are attending a convention and don’t want to pay for the closer higher priced hotels. Since the weather was nice, it was an easy three block walk to the convention center.

Parking was almost non existant even with a parking garage.

Close to the hospital where I needed to be. Nice toiletries with plenty of towels. I needed to cancel the last night and they were very accommodating. Staff was friendly and breakfast was amazing

Phoenix (front desk) was fantastic! Very helpful! Breakfast was good. Parking was very convenient. Like how they allow the front parking to check in, unload and check out and load your car.

Nothing would stay again.

Clean quiet rooms. Nice Chinese food approx 100 m from the hotel. It’s not on google maps so just ask staff for location good prices and food. Breakfast had a reasonable selection.

We couldn't enjoy pool. Too many kids. Bed was hard. Pillows sucked. The breakfast was not stocked up or tables clean.

Fitted sheet wouldn't stay on bed, asked for my room to be billed to different card at check in than what I used to reserve room with. Took new card to use at checking but still billed previous one used to reserve room. Had 3 people to our room and 2 vehicles driven. Only 1 vehicle allowed to park in garage at hotel. I had to pay the 19 to park at hotel and then 30 dollars to park other car down street at different parking garage that was 15 per day. ( paid 30 for being parked from 3pm sat until 10am Sunday -not even 24 hours) breakfast was a little disappointing. No toast or waffles or biscuits or gravy. Very minimal compared to other hotels.

The pillows. We might as well not had any, they were awful and provided zero comfort. I also thought the hotel was a little expensive but it seemed to be in line with other hotels in the area.

Had two employees try to enter our room the morning before we checked out. One man wearing a polo and holding a clipboard. Another man appeared to be cleaning staff. Seemed very odd they tried to enter our room, and kept trying to open the door even after several failed attempts. Thankfully we locked our room which prevented them from entering while we were getting dressed, but it was definitely concerning having people attempt to enter and continuing to attempt to enter until we approached them and made our presence known.

Desk staff was very friendly. Breakfast was good and rooms were cozy and clean.

We had to change rooms due to a malfunctioning air conditioner. The 2nd room had no hair dryer, and we were charged more for that room.

The staff was exceptional. Hotel was very clean, and the breakfast was plentiful. Attached parking was a big plus, and cheaper than we expected.

Could use a good cleaning including new bedding and towels. Although smelled clean, many were dingy with stains. Night staff at desk was not friendly and caused issues at checkout including duplicate billing since our rooms were already paid for. Parking was ridiculous related to room and cost.

Within walking distance of many attractions. Breakfast included.
